TOONG IS RECRUITING! 2 POSITIONS

I. Community Associate (CA) is the main contact and interaction point between Toong and customers. The CA makes direct report to Country Manager/Site Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet/Be main contact point for customers
- Be the first contact point as well as throughout customer’s process of service use.
- Control and take responsibility of Receptionist area.
- Check, make schedule for customers, and respond to customer’s confirmation emails.
- Answer customer’s questions regarding services problems or knowledge about Toong.
2. Manage members
- Develop connections among members and customers, including member introduction, posting on community group, event support, emailing, and information support.
- Deal with problems related to members in order to ensure a united community.
3. Community events
- Support event organization.
- Prepare notice email and transfer information to community members.
- Support customer’s move in/move out process
- Manage items to be delivered to customer, including lock equipments, car cards, etc.
- Supervise, manage and order items related to stationery and general products served to customers.
- Report and send email about problems generated or cases out of settlement ability.
- Determine problems remained or needed to change for Area Supervision or Operation Management.
- Ensure areas in charge neat, clean, and always ready for use.
4. Office administration
- Implement office procedures of department, or that related to other departments.
- Provide other departments with information related to customers or operation factors.
- Update and follow supervision files under supervisor’s instruction.

REQUIREMENTS
**Female candidates preferred
- Skills of observing, obtaining information, attentive to details
- Skill of good oral and written communication
- Skill of teamwork, good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Always keep enthusiastic mood in private works and general works of team
- Fluent in English & Lao; Vietnamese is an asset

II. Operation Supporter (OS) maintenance of co-space, infrastructure and workspace comply with principles and designs of Toong’s standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate infrastructure
● Setting up meeting room as set standard;
● Coordinating and setting up space for event organization;
● Installing technological and infrastructural systems, setting up fundamental decorations for event activities
● Assisting clients with the equipment setup of rented studio
2. Testing, managing and proposing infrastructure maintenance
● Testing equipment and making reports on damages, technical errors;
● Proposing repairs, upgrades and replacement for equipment, interior fixtures, and infrastructure;
● Suggesting procurement and disposal for
purpose of ensuring infrastructure optimization;
● Managing preservation, coordinating in space
preservation and cleanness;
● Checking and supervising the clean-up activities
of co-space;
● Supervising construction teams and ensure operating standards
3. Supporting implementation of common events
● Jointly receiving information related to arranging and setting up spaces for event organization;
● Directly joining and coordinating with other members during the preparation of space for event.
● Resetting normal space as set by Toong’s standard after event organization.
● Recording inputs, making reports and learning by experience after each event.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in using equipment. Comprehension about related fields (IT, power system, maintenance, etc.)
- Graduating from technical secondary school or college in majors related to information technology, electricity, water system is an advantage.
- Professional experience about customer care.
- Teamwork skill, problem-solving skill and logical thinking;
- Being open to learning, constantly updating on new knowledge, widened understandings about other fields, highly-motivated about work.
- Readily taking responsibility for whatever work-related matters in-charge.
- Always keeping a positive and enthusiastic mood at work.

A week after the World Mental Health Day 2021, Dr.Chantharavady and WeCare co-hosted a seminar on the common problems, causes and treatments for a good mental health. The audience were entrepreneurs and intellectuals working in Laos.

On this day 6 years ago, we unveiled our first location at 8 Trang Thi - Hanoi, Vietnam.

Toong Trang Thi proudly came into existence inside an antique villa from the French colonial time, amid the suspicion and ridicule of many people. Who believed that “Vietnam is no land for such obscure, hybrid services”.
Against the odds, Toong started a journey that has flourished into a network of nearly 20 workplaces across the Indochina region; becoming the source of motivation for many workspace developers by thoroughly transforming Indochina Region's office-for-lease landscape;
promoting progressive work environment designs of Vietnamese companies;
and contributing to the advancement of living quality for urban knowledge workers.

We celebrate our 6th birthday while Laos and Vietnam are going through the most trying time caused by Covid-19 pandemic. Some of our associates are living, eating and sleeping at the sites in order to support work-from-office clients.
Toong’s network has become a miniature economy, hosting thousands of progressive enterprises and entrepreneurs from all over the world, in 36 different industries, some of which are of essential importance. We believe that we hold part of the responsibility to keep the “economy bloodline” going, safely.

We are looking for 01 Community Associate (CA), report directly to Site Manager/Site Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet/Be main contact point for customers
- Be the first contact point as well as throughout customer’s process of service use
- Control and take responsibility of Receptionist area
- Check, make schedule for customers, and respond to customer’s confirmation emails
- Answer customer’s questions regarding services problems or knowledge about Toong
2. Manage members
- Develop connections among members and customers, including member introduction, posting on community group, event support, emailing, and information support
- Deal with problems related to members in order to ensure a united community
3. Community events
- Support event organization
- Prepare notice email and transfer information to community members
- Support customer’s move in – move out process
- Manage items to be delivered to customer, including lock equipments, car cards, etc.
- Supervise, manage and order items related to stationery and general products served to customers
- Report and send email about problems generated or cases out of settlement ability
- Determine problems remained or needed to change for Area Supervision or Operation Management
- Ensure areas in charge neat, clean, and always ready for use
4. Office administration
- Implement office procedures of department, or that related to other departments
- Provide other departments with information related to customers or operation factors
- Update and follow supervision files under supervisor’s instruction

REQUIREMENTS
**Female candidates preferred
- Skills of observing, obtaining information, attentive to details
- Skill of good oral and written communication
- Skill of teamwork, good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Always keep enthusiastic mood in private works and general works of team
- Fluent in English & Laos; Vietnamese is an asset.

1. Leasing:
- Anticipate guests' needs and figure out customer experiences to contribute solutions
- Work to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Follow up swiftly on sales enquiries and send out information
- Telephone potential customers and build relationships
- Establish customer needs and sell products accordingly
- Arrange meetings with clients and deliver Toong’s spirits and information of services and product
- Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales
2. Business development:
- Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Research the market and identify potential target customers
- Grow, maintain, and leverage your network.
- Teamwork to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level managers on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to speak Lao and English.
- Good relationship and networking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and result oriented
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
- Proficient in PC application e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline
- Able to speak Lao and English.
