My Story
My relation with music began back in the mid of 1990’s, when I used to listen to DJ shows broadcasted on Lebanese Radio Stations, mainly Radio One, Radio DJ and Switch FM, the pioneers of dance music back then. The passion for music within me drove me to learn how to become a DJ, by acquiring the mixing techniques from the professionals in the field.
At the age of 15, I was nominated as one of the few DJs to launch the number one dance music station in Lebanon and the Middle East, MixFM. Since then, my knowledge and expertise bloomed, and I became one of the main DJs in the Lebanese music scene.
With a radio show broadcasted every Friday night, public demand rises to host Dray as the main DJ at many events, clubs, rooftops and beach parties. House music is my aim, whether deep, vocal, melodic, hypnotic, afro, uplifting, tech-house or techno. I grew to be popular by dropping different styles of house music at opening and main sets locally and internationally, inspired by international house music DJs such as Mark Knight, Nic Fanciulli, Solomun, Carl Cox, Steve Lawler, Marc Romboy, Oscar G, and many others such as Axwell, Hardwell, Avicii, Swedish House Mafia and many others.
Crowd satisfaction is my motive at any event, playing those tracks that gets you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date. Don’t be surprised when you suddenly find yourself dancing.
