نظمت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" دورة تدريبية حول تقنيات تجفيف الفاكهة والخضار، بدعوة من أخوية الحبل بلا دنس .

أقيمت الدورة بحضور أعضاء جمعية هالأرض إلنا ورئيسة الأخوية السيدة نجوى درغم والأعضاء وعدد كبير من سيدات المنطقة وجوارها، وتهدف هذه الدورة إلى تعزيز القدرات مما يساهم في تحسين دخلهم الاقتصادي ورفع مستوى معيشتهم.

شكرت رئيسة ألأخوية جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" على جهودها المبذولة في دعم المجتمع ، مشددةً على أهمية تبني مثل هذه المبادرات لتحقيق الاستدامة الزراعية والاقتصادية في المنطقة.

استجابةً لطلب رئيس التعاونية الزراعية في منطقة صيدون السيد شربل خوند ، نظمت جمعية هالأرض النا ندوة للمزارعين باشراف المهندس نبيل سري الدين.

شملت الزيارة تقديم توجيهات فنية حول كيفية استخدام الخيم الزراعية بفعالية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم جدول اقتصادي يساعد المزارعين على تحسين إنتاجيتهم وزيادة أرباحهم. كما تم شرح تقنيات الزراعة داخل الخيم لضمان تحقيق أفضل النتائج.

تأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن مشروع " صغار المزارعين " لجمعية هالأرض النا لدعم المزارعين في لبنان ومساعدتهم على البقاء في أراضيهم وتعزيز الزراعة المستدامة .

In response to the request of the head of the agricultural cooperative in the Saidoun area, Mr. Charbel Khawand, the "Halardelna " Association, organized a workshop for farmers under the supervision of engineer Nabil Sarie eldine .

The visit included providing technical guidance on how to effectively use agricultural tents, as well as presenting an economic plan to help farmers improve their productivity and increase their profits. Techniques for farming inside the tents were also explained to ensure the best results.

This initiative is part of the "Sighar Al Mouzariin " project by the "Halardelna" Association to support farmers in Lebanon, help them remain on their lands, and promote sustainable agriculture.

بالتعاون مع وزارتي الزراعة و الثقافة نظمت بلدية الكحالة بالشراكة مع منظمة اليد الخضراء و عدد من الجمعيات المحلية بتاريخ 28 حزيران 2024 مؤتمر بعنوان :
" تنشيط التراث الزراعي : حلول لمياه مستدامة و التكيف مع التغير المناخي" خيار الكحالة – حالة دراسية.
شاركت جمعية "هالأرض النا" في هذا المؤتمر ممثلة برئيستها السيدة بسكال القاصوف و نائب الرئيس السيد زياد بجاني الذي القى كلمة الجمعيات المشاركة و شدَد من خلالها على ضرورة التعاون و التنسيق مع البلديات و النواب و كافة الهيئات الرسمية و ذالك ضمن الامكنات المتاحة.

استكمالا لمشروع "صغار المزارعين " نظمت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" نشاطاً في منطقة كفرشلال شرق صيدا، برفقة المهندس نبيل سري الدين حيث التقوا بعدد من أبنائها المقيمين، وتم تقديم ورشة عمل حول كيفية تقليم الأشجار والاعتناء بها، بحضور مختار البلدة السيد غسان فارس. ركزت الورشة على أهمية استخدام تقنيات التقليم الصحيحة لزيادة الإنتاجية وتحسين جودة المحاصيل خاصة أشجار الزيتون وغيرها. وفي الختام ، تم توزيع مقصات للتشحيل على المشاركين لتعزيز ممارساتهم الزراعية .

In continuation of the “Sighar Mouzarein” project, the “Halardelna” association organized an activity in the Kfarchlel area, east of Sidon, accompanied by engineer Nabil Sareeddine, where they met with a number of its resident children, and a workshop was presented on how to prune trees and take care of them, in the presence of the town mayor, Mr. Ghassan Fares. The workshop focused on the importance of using correct pruning techniques to increase productivity and improve the quality of crops, especially olive trees and others. In conclusion, pruning shears were distributed to the participants to enhance their agricultural practices.

بدعوة من النادي الثقافي عين الدلب في جنوب لبنان ، نظّمت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" دورة تدريبية متخصصة في تصنيع الصابون على البارد، حيث قدم المهندس الزراعي نبيل سري الدين هذه الدورة بحضور عدد كبير من أبناء البلدة.

خلال الدورة، تعلّم المشاركون أساسيات وتقنيات صناعة الصابون باستخدام الطريقة الباردة، مما يساهم في تمكينهم من إنتاج منتجات طبيعية وصديقة للبيئة. أظهر الحضور تفاعلاً كبيرًا واهتمامًا بالتطبيق العملي.

كما توجه رئيس النادي السيد مارون سميا بالشكر لجمعية "هالأرض إلنا" على تلبية الدعوة.

At the invitation of the "Ein El Delb Cultural Club" in South Lebanon, the "Halardelna" Association organized a specialized training course on cold process soap making. The course was presented by agricultural engineer Nabil Sari El-Din and was attended by a large number of local residents.

During the course, participants learned the basics and techniques of soap making using the cold process method, which helps them produce natural and eco-friendly products. The attendees showed great interaction and interest in the practical application.

Additionally, the club president, Mr. Maroun Samia, expressed his gratitude to the "Halardelna" Association for accepting the invitation.

يمكّنها من التحكم بمخزونها و ضبط عملية الشراء و البيع .

تأتي هذه المبادرة من ضمن مشروع "دكانة " الذي يهدف الى دعم المؤسسات الناشئة و الصغيرة (MSE'S) على كامل الأراضي اللبنانية و مساعدتها على الصمود في هذه الظروف الصعبة و الإستمرار في عملها و الزيادة من إنتاجيتها.

بدعوة من بلدية رعشين في قضاء كسروان، نظمت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" دورة تدريبية مخصصة للسيدات حول تجفيف الفواكه والخضار وصناعة قمر الدين. أقيمت الدورة في مبنى البلدية بحضور رئيس البلدية السيد يوسف عقيقي ، ومشاركة واسعة من سيدات البلدة والجوار.

قدّم الدورة المهندس نبيل سري الدين،
وخلال الدورة، أبدت المشاركات اهتماماً كبيراً وتفاعلن مع المواضيع المطروحة، حيث طرحن العديد من الأسئلة واستفسرن عن تفاصيل العملية. وتم تقديم عرض عملي لكيفية إعداد وتجفيف بعض الأنواع من الفواكه والخضار، مما ساهم في تعزيز فهم السيدات للخطوات المتبعة.

Upon the invitation of the Municipality of Raachine in the Keserwan District, the "Halardelna " Association organized a training course for women on drying fruits and vegetables and making Qamar al-Din. The course was held at the municipal building in the presence of the Mayor, Mr. Youssef Akiki, and saw wide participation from women of the town and neighboring areas

The course was presented by engineer Nabil Sari el ddine. During the session, the participants showed great interest and engaged actively with the topics discussed, asking numerous questions and inquiring about the details of the process. A practical demonstration was given on how to prepare and dry certain types of fruits and vegetables, which helped enhance the women's understanding of the steps involved

For his part, the Mayor of Raachine expressed his gratitude to the "Halardelna " Association for their efforts in organizing this course

In conclusion, the participants expressed their gratitude to the association and those responsible for this initiative, affirming their desire to benefit from the information and skills acquired in their daily lives. في إطار دعم الزراعة المحلية وتعزيز الإنتاجية الزراعية، قامت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا " اليوم بالتنسيق مع الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية العامة صيدون قضاء جزين بتوزيع كيماويات للاشجار والشتول على المزارعين في المنطقة. وبمسعى و حضور نائب المنطقة، الأستاذ سعيد الأسمر، الذي أثنى على الجهود المبذولة لدعم القطاع الزراعي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تحسين جودة المحاصيل وزيادة الإنتاجية، ما يعكس التزام الجمعية بدعم القطاع الزراعي وتوفير الموارد اللازمة للمزارعين المحليين. وأكد القائمون على المبادرة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن سلسلة من الأنشطة التي تنفذها الجمعية بالتعاون مع مختلف الجهات المحلية لدعم التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في المنطقة.

مشروع "صغار المزارعين"
بعدما تم توزيع عدد من التراكتورات (الجرارات ) وأدوات زراعية على المزارعين الصغار من قبل جمعية "هالأرض إلنا " في مناطق مختلفة من لبنان ، بالتعاون مع شركاء محليين .

يأتي هذا المشروع ليعزز قدرة المزارع الصغير على الإهتمام بأرضه بشكل شامل، ليس فقط من خلال الزراعة بل أيضًا من خلال الحراسة والتنظيف، خاصة مع قدوم فصل الصيف. هذه الفترة تتطلب عناية مكثفة بالأراضي لحمايتها من الحشائش والآفات والحرائق التي قد تزيد بسبب الحرارة والرطوبة . مما يسمح للمزارعين بتخصيص وقت أكبر للعناية المباشرة بمحاصيلهم وضمان بيئة نمو صحية لها."

serves as a vibrant model of how to support local communities and enhance sustainability in the agricultural sector.

This initiative, which distributed tractors and agricultural tools to small farmers across various regions of Lebanon, aims to empower these farmers to comprehensively care for their lands. This care extends beyond farming to include guarding and cleaning, especially with the arrival of the summer season. This period demands intensive care for the lands to protect them from weeds and pests that may proliferate due to heat and humidity. This allows farmers to devote more time to directly caring for their crops and ensuring a healthy growth environment.

The attached pictures from the associations show several farmers using the new tractors in their fields, embodying a spirit of cooperation and hope for a better future for Lebanese agriculture.

إحتضنت مزرعة الضهر في منطقة الشوف إقليم الخروب دورة تدريبية مجتمعية عن تقنيات تجفيف الفاكهة والخضار بدعم و تنظيم جمعية "هالأرض إلنا " و بدعوة من جمعية "للإنماء أولا". شهدت الدورة مشاركة فاعلة من أهالي المنطقة والجوار، حيث تلقوا تدريباً عملياً ونظرياً حول أساليب التجفيف الفعالة والمحافظة على جودة المنتجات.

تأتي هذه الدورة ضمن سلسلة من التعاونات بين الجمعيتين، حيث تسعى جمعية هالأرض إلنا إلى نشر الوعي حول الممارسات الزراعية المستدامة، ودعم مشاريع التنمية المجتمعية في البلاد.

بدعوة من التعاونية الزراعية العامة في برتي شرق صيدا ، نظمت جمعية "هالأرض إلنا"، دورة تدريبية متخصصة في تجفيف الفواكه والخضار. الدورة أُقيمت في قاعة كنيسة القديس توما .

شهدت الدورة حضوراً لافتاً من المناطق المجاورة وأهالي البلدة، بمشاركة رئيس البلدية، الدكتور جاك يعقوب، والمختار سوهام الطحشي والسيدة رولا حنا رئيسة الجمعية الخيرية والسيدة مي خوري رئيسة نادي برتي ، ومدير التعاونية السيد عبود عبود شاكرا جمعية "هالأرض إلنا" رئيسة وأعضاء .

At the invitation of the General Agricultural Cooperative in Barti , East Sidon,
the "Halardelna" association organized a specialized training course in fruit and vegetable drying. The course was held in the hall of Saint Thomas Church.

The course witnessed significant attendance from neighboring areas and the locals, with the participation of the town's mayor, Dr. Jack Yacoub, and the Mukhtar Soham Tahshi, along with Ms. Rola Hanna, the president of the charitable association, and Ms. May Khoury, president of the Berty Club, and the cooperative's director, Mr. Aboud Aboud, who thanked the "Halardelna" association’s president and members.

Engineer Nabil Serry El Din explained the techniques and the importance of drying to enhance agricultural competencies in Lebanon. The course was not limited to theoretical explanation alone; it also included practical application, where participants were able to practice drying techniques themselves, enhancing their educational experience and providing them with a deep understanding of the process.

أثناء الدورة التدريبية المميزة التي أقيمت في منطقة فالوغا ، و بدعم من جمعية "هالأرض النا " كشف السيد نبيل أصفر مؤسس مطبخ Tomagiallo و المعروف بإنتاجه الفريد لصلصة البندورة، عن أسرار نجاحه .

تميز اللقاء بتحضير وجبة خاصة تضمنت استخدام صلصة البندورة الفريدة الطبيعية ، حيث قام الشيف بتوجيه المشاركين واعداد طبق مميز يبرز النكهات الغنية والمتوازنة للصلصة. لم يكن الطهي فحسب هو نقطة الجذب، بل كانت فرصة للمتدربين لاكتشاف الفلسفة وراء اختيار المكونات الطبيعية والمحلية التي تجعل من هذه الصلصة إضافة لا غنى عنها في المطبخ.

During the special training course held in the Falougha area, and with the support of the "Halardelna " association, Mr. Nabil Asfar, the founder of the " Tomagiallo" kitchen and known for his unique production of tomato sauce, revealed the secrets of his success.

The meeting was distinguished by the preparation of a special meal that included the use of the unique natural tomato sauce, where the chef guided the participants in preparing a distinctive dish that highlights the rich and balanced flavors of the sauce. Cooking was not the only point of attraction, but it was an opportunity for the trainees to discover the philosophy behind choosing natural and local ingredients that make this sauce an indispensable addition to the kitchen.

The Tomagiallo team also strives to inspire more people to adopt healthy and sustainable cooking options while celebrating the authentic flavors offered by the unique tomato sauce.
