2️⃣ Sugary and Acidic Foods: These can increase the risk of cavities and tooth decay, especially when trapped between the aligners and your teeth. Avoid sugary snacks, sodas, and acidic fruits like lemons.
3️⃣ Hot Foods and Drinks: Consuming hot foods or beverages while wearing aligners can warp or damage them. Remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything hot.
