One lesson I learned this year: Everything that happens to me is 100% my responsibility. I can not blame my parents, circumstances or anyone for my misery.
Whatever happens to me is a consequence of my actions and I must stand tall, strong, and keep going forward.

I always hear people saying they have no motivation to train or do better, but as a person who seeks to stand out and survive, most of the time you don’t feel like doing what you’re supposed to do. There are certain principles in which you act regardless of how you feel
If you only work hard on your good days and do nothing on your bad days, you won’t stand a chance with competition & will lose every single time
Life is a jungle and it is your duty to do your absolute best to stand strong for the ones you love. Being soft and weak is one thing, but choosing to remain like that is always a choice
You need to stop being emotionally driven and learn to have discipline. Your bloodline is counting on you
Don’t let anyone anybody convince you to settle for ordinary, you were born to dominate

The year is already on month #4 and so many of you have goals pending from 2022
Life is tough and it will beat you as many times as it can until you decide not to play the victim anymore
You promised yourself this year was going to be different
You promised that you’d put more effort in your dreams
You promised to try harder and not give up easily
What happened to you wanting things to be different? Life is hard? Cool story
You still have 8 months until 2023 is over, make it count

Choice. Chance. Change 💉
This tattoo is my life mantra and let me tell you why:
I always believed I could never have what I have now and in the back of my head, I was always the victim of life. I mean, nothing ever worked my way and I blamed everyone around me, but myself. What was I really doing to get here? Nothing
I was a victim all my life until I decided not to be one. Taking full responsibility for my failures and my success helped me understand that whatever I get is fully a reflection of my effort
Like it or not, you are where you are because you have chosen to be in it, by doing nothing or giving up too fast
Destiny will bend to willpower and perseverance. I mean how many no’s can life hit someone who chooses to become unstoppable?
I have taken down this path because I chose to be in it. I have taken the chance of a lifetime because I want my life to change, and it will
‘’You must make the choice, to take the chance, if you want anything in life to change’’
You will only have control over your life if you have control over your mind. Until then, you will be full of excuses and life will beat you down until you choose to take the chance and turn it all around 💡

HOW TO EAT CARBS ⬇️
Most people I know blame carbs for their unwanted weight gain. In fact, consuming just enough carbs along with the other macros can make your health and fitness journey 10x better 💥 😮
1️⃣ Never have carbs alone - you won’t feel full & you may eat more
2️⃣ Prioritize protein - you want food to remain longer in your belly, and also feel more satiated
3️⃣ Add vegetables - veggies also consist of carbs and are rich in fibers. A healthy gut = healthy body
📝 Don’t be afraid to eat carbs. Carbs are only the enemy, if you make them
Find someone who smiles at you the same way I smile around pizza 😃🍕
I really hope you realize one day that you can eat pizza even when on a diet… definitely not like me but you CAN. Don’t let anybody convince you otherwise!
