When you're craving takeout but are also trying to eat healthier, try this honey garlic broccoli shrimp is the perfect recipe to have.
The shrimp is coated in a cornstarch crust which is light but makes it super crispy too!

This easy shrimp and broccoli stir fry with a honey garlic sauce is healthy, full of flavor, and cooks in less than 30 minutes! Low carb and macro friendly with 306 calories per serving, 28 g of protein, and 25 net carbs.

Instructions:

1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Add the shrimp to a bowl along with the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in the oil and cook the shrimp until it's just turned pink yet the crust is golden brown (about 1-2 minutes on each side). Set the shrimp aside on a plate.

4. Saute the broccoli for 4-5 minutes, or until it's crisp and tender. Add the sauce to the pan and once it's heated, add the shrimp back to the pan. Cook the shrimp and broccoli stir fry for 1 minute until the shrimp is heated through.

5. Garnish the broccoli shrimp stir fry with chopped fresh parsley, and red pepper flakes if you want a little more heat. Enjoy

¼ cup honey
3 tablespoon soy sauce

On this day, I would like to take the opportunity and talk about being human before being women.
Being human and have equity and equality among all human being no matter their race, ethnicity, culture and believe. We need to embrace a change in the equity between human beings and nations.
We cannot celebrate women’s day when there is a time a nation by itself is facing genocide.
We cannot celebrate women’s day when their is still women suffering and having their kids being killed in-front of their eyes.
What is women’s day in the absence of humanity?
What is women’s day in the absence of equity and equality?
What is women’s day in the absence of peace?
Lets celebrate Humanity!
Lets embrace a change in the meaning of equity and equality.

سلطة الدجاج بالعنب ... اخترنا لكِ وصفة مميزة من وصفات سلطات الدجاج الطيبة والمشبعة، جربيها بإضافة فاكهة العنب الطازج والشهي، وتمتعي بطعم السلطة السهلة والسريعة والمميزة جداً

المقادير
- صدر الدجاج : 500 غراماً
- الكرفس : كوب (مفروم)
- الجرجير : كوب (أوراق)
- عنب : كوب (مقطع أنصاف)
- الجوز : كوب (مجروش)
- البصل : 1 حبة (مقطع شرائح رفيعة)
- ملح : نصف ملعقة صغيرة
- الصويا صوص : ملعقة صغيرة
- المايونيز : نصف كوب
- البصل : ملعقة كبيرة (مفروم)
- هيل : 2 حبة
- فلفل أسود : رشّة
- الماء : حسب الحاجة

طريقة التحضير
اسلقي الدجاج في قدر من الماء، والملح، والفلفل، والبصل المفروم، والهيل على نار هادئة حتى ينضج.
ارفعي الدجاج من الماء، واتركيه جانباً حتى يبرد، ثم قطعيه إلى مكعبات متساوية.
ضعي أوراق الجرجير، والكرفس، وشرائح البصل، في طبق التقديم.
تبلي المكونات بالملح والفلفل الأسود، ثم وزعي مكعبات الدجاج.
وزعي أنصاف العنب فوق الدجاج.
أضيفي الصويا صوص، والمايونيز، ثم حبات الجوز المجروش على الوجه وقدميها.

Edemame is one of my favorite no-brainer foods to boost plant protein in meals.
I buy it frozen and shelled to easily add to rice bowls, noodles and salads. With the shells it make a great snack for the kids who enjoy popping the beans out of the skins.
Plus, its one of the richest sources of - a critical nutrient for baby’s development brains 🧠 which many pregnant women and children don’t get enough!

Zingy and wonderfully vibrant, this smoothie makes the best of seasonal kiwi and is perfect for a smooth and hydrating after iftar drink. Give this simple smoothie recipe a go, it's super easy and takes a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

- Handful ice cubes
- 4 kiwis peeled and chopped
- 400g pineapple chunks
- 3 mint leaves

Method:

- Put all of the ingredients apart from the decorative kiwi slices and extra mint sprigs in a food processor or blender, then blitz until smooth.
- Divide between 4 small glasses or 2 larger ones, then top with a mint sprig and a slice of kiwi.

حلى كرات الطاقة الصحية ... أمن اطيب و الذ الوصفات ومحضرة بالفواكة المجففة الرائعة والمغذية

المكونات:

- الشوفان : كوب
- الزبدة : ربع كوب (زبدة اللوز)
- بذور الكتان : ربع كوب (مطحونة)
- الفواكة المجففة : 2 ملعقة كبيرة (مشكلة)
- التمر : 3 حبات (منزوع النواة)
- شراب القيقب : ملعقة كبيرة
- القرفة : نصف ملعقة صغيرة

طريقة التحضير:

١- ضعي التمر، وزبدة اللوز، وشراب القيقب، في محضرة الطعام.
٢- اهرسي المكونات حتى يُفرم التمر جيداً وتمتزج كل المكونات.
٣- في وعاء جانبي، اخلطي الشوفان، وبذور الكتان، والفواكة المجففة، والقرفة، معاً.
٤- أضيفي مزيج التمر وزبدة اللوز، وحركي المكونات حتى تدمج جيداً.
شكلي المزيج لكرات متوسطة الحجم.
٥- ضعي الكرات في علبة محكمة الإغلاق وتخزن في الثلاجة.
