Our chef in his Bio-Laboratory (Organic Kitchen) with the consultation of our French Consultant Chef Mr. Eric Fleury uses only the freshest, natural and organic ingredients, combined with artistic techniques to bring out the natural flavors of our seasonal, organic products. Since a cup of coffee is an energy boost, at Badiane we serve healthy powers of healthy organic coffee. That’s not all, our champagne bar is also an organic bar that pours in your crystal glasses organic wine and champagne. Jocelyne’s another special touch in Badiane is her unexpected artisanal in House Ice Cream. At Badiane we believe that children are essential elements in spreading our aim “Go Fresh, Go Healthy, Go Bio.” For that our chef has prepared a special, delicious, and vita-rich kids meal, to encourage and to integrate them into a healthier society.
