FITNESS TIPS DURING FASTING MONTH
Decide on the type of exercise you are going to perform and avoid high intensity training during the day.
Reduce your exercising days:If you do 5 days a week then reduce to 3 days a week, and if you do 3 make them 2 in order to maintain energy throughout the week.
If you decide to exercise before breaking fast then do it 1 hour and 1/2 prior to breaking fast.
If you wish to do high intensity training ,then it is better to do it after you break your fast,taking into consideration the amount of food consumed in order not to disturb the stomach
Eat small portions, something light and easily digested If you plan to workout after breaking your fast .It is recomended that you have your soup,salad and one fruit before workout and your main meal after workout.
If you stop training during the fasting month ,you will lose form,strengh and stamina so try to follow a maintenance program of at least twice a week.
