2024, present time, populations are being extinct by other populations and we need our strength now more than ever.
Our tea time at Hachichit Albé became a reminder of how privileged some of us still are just to be alive, and an opportunity to add compassionate prayers to every wounded heart on the planet with every sip.

We supply our Bay Laurel from Lebanese farmers and we give them to lebanese rural women to clean them up and cut the branches into 11cm sticks that replace spoons and that you can chew on to cleanse your mouth :)

Other than in the tea and the bay sticks that hold your handmade tea bags, we use bay leaves as a give away gift in our tea box to wrap the pouches and keep them safe for travel instead of plastic bubble wraps 🤸‍♀️
Isn’t that witty? 🙃💡😉

Our fifth edition of sugar free homemade Mulled Wine Mix!
Same recipe Hachichit Albé lovers, and remember: each bag serves 1 bottle (750ml) of mulled wine! Just add to your boiling red wine, boil for another minute, turn off, let it it stand for 10min then stir and serve :)
Sugar lovers might add a spoon or two to the mix, I personally would add two slices of fresh orange!
