WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW PRIOR PERMANENT MAKE-UP PROCEDURE

🚫DO NOT drink alcohol or caffeine at least 24 hours before the procedure to minimize
bleeding.

🚫DO NOT take advil or other blood thinners such as aspirin ,niacin ,vitamin E, and / or ibuprofen 48 - 72 hours prior to the procedure.

🚫DO NOT exercise the day of the procedure, and no excessive working out for ten days after the procedure.

🚫DO NOT wax or tint your brows for 6 days before the procedure.

🚫You must be OFF ACCUTANE for 1 year.

🚫DO NOT expose the skin to any harsh treatments or exfolation (chemical peels ,laser treatments) prior to the procedure .

🚫AVOID TANNING, sunbeds ,solarium for 1 week before and 2 weeks after the procedure.

🚫YOU SHOULD WAIT MINIMUM 3 MONTHS after laser removal or chemical removal for old pmu.

🚫Botox shouldn't be undergone 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the procedure.

✔️DO keep skin well hydrated for optimal healing results .

✔️Increased sensitivity is possible during a menstrual cycle.

How long does it last ?

Microblading results usually last about one year. The pigment gradually fades over time as the skin exfoliates and regenerates. Micropigmentation, on the other hand, tends to last longer, with results lasting up to 2 years. However, the longevity of both techniques can vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading is a semi-permanent form of cosmetic tattooing. But unlike traditional tattoos, which use a machine, microblading uses a blade-shaped tool with a row of tiny, barely visible needles to create hair-like strokes along your brows while depositing pigment into your skin. The result? Realistic-looking brow hairs that don’t wash off for a year or more.

WHAT IS MICROPIGMENTATION?

Micropigmentation, also referred as permanent make-up, is a process whereby pigments are implanted beneath the epidermis (top layer of skin), into the dermal layer (second layer of skin), by using a tattoo-like device that penetrates the skin to deposit various colour pigments . This technique has been designed for a safe semi-permanent application. Because micropigmentation works on the deeper skin layers, it lasts longer.

WHY IS IT DONE?

Brow PMU, whether through microblading or micropigmentation techniques, is done to enhance the appearance of the eyebrows, Many individuals have naturally thin or sparse eyebrows, which can make them appear less defined or uneven. Brow PMU can create the illusion of fuller, thicker eyebrows by filling in the gaps and adding density. It can help achieve a more balanced and symmetrical look.
