Client Service Specialist

iServices is based in Tripoli, Lebanon. We are specialized in Digital Marketing and Printing Services. As a Client Services Specialist, you will work up to 48 hours a week and be responsible for administrative duties, customer service, efficiently tracking and development prospects;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transfer & manipulate computer generated print files for production
Assist customers with training for proper job submission
Coordinate jobs from start to finish
Expedites jobs via computer entry
Approve proofs
Prepare estimates for jobs
Obtain quotes from outside vendors for assistance with finishing products
Consult with staff regarding progress of jobs
Negotiating payment and/or re-payment plans
Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are cleared for payment

• High school graduate (Minimum Requirements)

- Ability to activate, feed, control machines.
