Scaling removes tartar (calculus), dental plaque, and stains buildups to keep teeth and gums healthy. ✅

✅ 5 months follow-up for a 6 year old patient with the following dental treatments:
- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns for the upper right second primary molar, and upper left primary molars
- Extraction of upper right first primary molar
- Band and loop space maintainer to preserve the space until the eruption of the permanent successor tooth.

- Dental prophylaxis and fluoride application
- Fissure sealants (preventive restorations) for the first permanent molar on each side
- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns for the left primary molars, and the right first primary molar
- Extraction of the right second primary molar.
- Placement of a space maintainer to preserve the space until the eruption of the permanent successor tooth.

- خلع الضرس اللبني الثاني من جهة اليمين
