Spinal Corset for a Cerebral Palsy user 👌

This is an interesting case of a user indicated with thoracic scoliotic curvature (structural scoliosis) with cobb's angle >25°.
After assessing the user by our professionals, they came out with:
1️⃣ Orthotic management: a spinal corset (modified Boston brace) that applied a 3 pt force system to reduce the curvature and maintain proper alignment for the spinal vertebrates.
2️⃣ Therapeutic management: various exercises given to reduce the muscle spasm and improve the posture of the spine.

UCBL shoe insert 👣👣
The UCBL is used to stabilize a flexible foot deformity.  It differs from standard Foot Orthotics in that it fully encompasses the heel to hold it in a more properly aligned position.  The UCBL also controls the arch and outside border of the foot.  It is customized and fabricated in our center to serve the user need.
