The Growth of Jelani Le’Bourne Photography

I started this business 3yrs ago, after working in a photo studio for one year and realising that I had fallen in love with the ability to bring out emotions in people with a camera and a vision. I practiced day and night on my craft, used to go to bed at 4 in the morning studying the art. My first year was a great year, I met so many people, did ALOT of kid and event photography, I had made a name for myself in the kid and event photography realm.

BUT

It wasn’t until april this year that I shot my first wedding. I had been contemplating getting into it for a few months but amazingly enough I got the call to shoot my first wedding in April. I was nervous and unsure, but since then I’ve done 12+ weddings and counting. 2017 has been an AMAZING year for me in wedding photography amongst other things. Weddings are my passion, I am always involved, all thrilled about it. I consider myself a wedding and family photographer with a creative vision, creating moods and telling stories with my photography. My posing is natural and candid, my editing style is moody and romantic. My shooting is engaging, fun and adventurous. I look forward to more weddings and love stories in 2018.

Here’s to a dream 2019 for Jelani Le’Bourne Photography. Thank you to all the couples who chose us and for all the couples who have already booked for 2020. We are going to create magic!
