"The TRIANGLE", designed to meet the needs of a contemporary family, is a modern robust house design featuring simple geometric volumes, resulting in a minimalistic and highly functional home.

Designed on a challenging triangular, sloping plot, we've integrated the terrain by incorporating a central courtyard connected by a bridge, making this design unique and site-specific. We embraced an open-plan layout for all common areas, ensuring spacious, interconnected volumes that enhance visual and functional flow. Each space is designed to maximize natural light and ventilation.

The house features one master suite and 03 other bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a family lounge, living-dining, a kitchen, and a garage.

The living, dining, and family lounge are seamlessly connected by a double-height volume and the grand spiral staircase, creating a cohesive and inviting common area. These spaces further connect visually and physically to the central courtyard and front garden.. 🖤🍀

Excited to share one of our latest projects tailored for small plot utilization; a modern, two-story minimalist house designed to blend affordability with style.

This compact residence optimally utilizes every square inch, offering seamless integration with nature through ample daylight and open spaces that encourage airflow. The layout includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan configuration for the living, dining, and kitchen areas, enhancing the sense of space and connectivity.

Additional features include a shrine room, a cozy TV lounge, and a small yet picturesque courtyard garden. The design intent was to create a modern rustic ambiance that exudes warmth and coziness, making it an ideal choice for those looking to maximize their living experience within a modest budget.

Sharing our latest design project: a stunning wooden cabana crafted in collaboration with a South American design firm! Nestled amidst the breathtaking vistas of the Patagonian grasslands, this cozy retreat promises to be a haven of tranquility, overlooking majestic mountains.

Featuring two bedrooms, a living, a pantry, a library & a spacious outdoor deck; the cabana embodies the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. It is designed to be constructed entirely from wood, with local labour. The construction will begin soon and stay tuned for updates about the construction process. 🖤

A sneak peek from the latest hide-out boutique resort we designed on a river bank near the southern coast; overlooking the river and a forest reservation. The resort consists of an array of linear spaces, covered with a single-pitched roof; carefully designed to maximize the view & to enable the fresh breeze throughout. The building technology & construction methodology is designed in a way that will have the least impact on the natural surrounding during construction.
