Throwing it back to an incredible adventure in July, organized by the Photography Club. Exploring the captivating beauty of nature at St. Claire’s Waterfall, Maussakele and Maskeliya with our passionate photography enthusiasts.

On the way to Maskeliya, our fellow colleague Yuresh Karunanayake conducted a very useful photography session, guiding the Inforians to capture the best shots of the day. The entire journey revealed frames worthy of capturing., with our members showcasing their creativity in the art of photography.

With cameras at the ready, the team embarked on a journey through picturesque landscapes, aiming to capture the beauty of nature and experience its breathtaking artistry. Hours were spent capturing the lush greenery, towering peaks, and enchanting waterfalls.
Indeed, it was a day well spent!

Last weekend, team embarked on a serene and tranquil journey at the annual company outing! The LifeStyleClub chose DoubleTree by Hilton Weerawila Rajawarna Resort to be the Getaway destination for the weekend.

Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we were embraced by the soothing nature. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, we celebrated our collective achievements and immersed ourselves in the beauty of peaceful moments. Indeed, it was a reminder of the importance of slowing down, embracing stillness, and finding inner peace amidst the chaos of the modern world.

The weekend ended with an epic party, where the DJ had every showing off their coolest dance moves, making it a trip filled with epic beats, laughter, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.

The 68th Mercantile Open Championship took place on October 13th and 14th at S. Thomas Indoor Stadium in Mount Lavinia, and we are proud to have represented in its debut Mercantile Table Tennis tournament.
With three talented female players and seven skilled male players, the Inforians put up a great battle giving their best efforts in every match leaving a lasting impression on the competition.

A big shoutout to Infor Sri Lanka Sports Club, the players, and our fellow Inforians for their unwavering spirit, support, and enthusiastic cheers! Your dedication made the Mercantile Open Championship an unforgettable experience.

On the 19th of October 2023, a group of first-year undergraduate students from the Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Moratuwa embarked on an educational journey with an industrial visit to Infor Sri Lanka.

During this visit, the students had the opportunity to delve into various aspects of the company, gaining insights into its history, technologies used, how projects are handled, operational procedures, human resources, and Infor's prominent position as a global leader in software development across diverse business domains.
Moreover, the students were able to gain valuable insights and best practices that can guide them as they transition from academia to practical application in their future careers.

The team had the pleasure of meeting with Infor Nexus executives during their recent visit to the Colombo office. Erick Rowe, VP of Industry & Solution Strategy, hosted a Town Hall session for the Sri Lankan team, where he shared essential updates regarding Infor Nexus priorities and the company's strategy towards achieving its goals.

Following a successful Town Hall session, we took a moment to recognize the champions of the F(R)UN Friday and Best Yoga Posture Challenge events held last week. The winners received enthusiastic cheers, fueling the anticipation of for future events. Sweat, laughter, and cheers marked Infor Sri Lanka's F(R)UN Friday run! 🏃‍♀🏆👏

On September 8th, organized a fun and healthy way to wrap up the week. With energetic Inforians of all fitness levels, the F(R)UN Friday running event took place at Vihara Mahadevi Park. With a warm-up and quick instruction session, it was the perfect event for first-timers and seasoned runners alike. The evening ended on a high note, with cheers and celebrations for the winners of the 5K and 3K categories.

The TechTalk on 'Launch your app on AppStore & PlayStore' was conducted by fellow Inforians Kusal Rodrigo and Kaveen Abeywansa on Friday, 4th August with over 100 participants from Universities and Schools.

What an incredible session added to the list of great sessions by WIN!

"Passion to Perform", a session conducted by Yasas Hewage an Entrepreneur, Marketer, Sales Coach, Cycling Evangelist, & Ex-Banker, was held on 29th March from 3 – 4 pm, in celebration of International Women's Day 2023 at Infor Sri Lanka.

The session was an open discussion, with Yasas directing it towards knowing the tools for success, where Inforians gladly shared their personal experiences on how they applied the attributes to make a positive change in their life. Furthermore, the speaker shed light on the Japanese concept “Ikigai”, a guideline to discover the secret to a happy life. Participants were keen to explore more about the concept that could add more value to their personal and professional lives.

The Women's Infor Network organized this enlightening session where participants were inspired to find joy and fulfillment in their work and maintain a passion for performance over a long term.
