We are looking for Creative Social Media Executives to manage all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. The job role includes the creation of contents that drives their brand and engages customers. Today people are more on social media channels than any other media or channels. So it’s the best place to promote your brand and service, and you are expected to do the same thing with the brands given to you! Promote the brands and services and gain customer’s satisfaction and experience to engage them.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Management of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp and any other upcoming ones
2. Creating brand awareness, reach and engagement for brands on all the platforms
3. Understanding and constantly reaching out to potential customers through assessment of structural behavior aspects on Social Media
4. Setting benchmark targets and achievement of the same
5. Tracking social media influencers and working with them to drive the brands
6. Keeping up to date on social media trends and infuse innovative ideas to drive brands online
7. Creating and presenting social media performance reports
8. Planning marketing strategies to be in line with the overall strategy of the brand
9. Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the social media users
10. Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.
11. Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
12. Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report.
13. Creating and promoting company blog on a weekly basis.
14. Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
15. Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
16. Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred (be it client end or agency front)
• Freelancers are also more than welcome to apply. But this is a full time job.
• Freshers who have a good knack and understanding of social media management can also apply.
• Should be open for flexible working hours and working conditions (Work from Office / Work from Home / Work from different brand offices)

The Handing Over Ceremony of two Drone Cameras was conducted on 18 February 2021 at SLAF Station Colombo. The event was held under the auspices of the Western Province Governor, Marshal of the Air Force Roshan Goonetileke. The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana participated to accept the drones on behalf of the Sri Lanka Air Force. In addition, Chief Secretary Western Province, Mrs. Jayanthi Wijethunga, Secretary to the Governor, Mr. P Somasiri, Executive Director of Sumathi Holdings Pvt Limited, Holding company of DJI Enterprise Pvt Limited Mr. Chadu Sumathipala, Chief of Staff, members of the Air Force Board of Management, Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo, representatives from Western Provincial Council, Officers and Airmen attended to witness the occasion.

Supporting the national effort in accomplishing control and preventive activities related to Dengue, the SLAF and the Western Provincial Council jointly carried out 26 Drone missions and logged 21 hours 50 minutes to date, utilizing SLAF Drones over various dengue prone areas in the Western Province.

Based on the remarkable results of the missions, Western Provincial Council has acquired two Drones which will be operated by the SLAF to expand the effort while strengthening the collaboration under the guidance of the Governor of Western Province.

Two Drones, namely DJI M300 RTK surveillance drone and DJI AGRS MG -1 liquid spraying drone were inducted to the SLAF Drone Inventory, paving the way to utilize them productively not only for Dengue Prevention but also on National Security commitments as well.

To mark the event, a mutual agreement was signed by the Governor, Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force and the Executive Director of Sumathi Holdings Pvt Limited, Holding company of DJI Enterprise Pvt Limited.

The Agricultural Research Division at the Biyagama Agrarian Services Center used one of the drones of DJI Enterprise to spray pesticides across paddy fields in Meegahawatta recently.

Agrarian officers were briefed on how to use drones to enhance crop productivity. This is the first time in Sri Lanka, drones were used in agriculture.

For the first time in Sri Lanka an experimental operation of spraying liquid organic fertilizer on paddy fields using an agricultural drone was put to trial in the Panwila paddy fields in Rathgama, Galle.

The objective of the program was to brief farmers on the novel drone technology in paddy cultivation. Organic liquid fertilizer was sprayed over an extent of one and a half acres of paddy fields using the unmanned aerial device.
