One of the most talented percussionist in Sri Lanka. His name is Sathushka Praveen. He has studied music since grade 5. his first music teacher was Susanta Lal Jayathilaka. after that he has studied music from Mr. Nimal Jayakodi. he has started playing the tabla since Grade 6. He has studied tabla playing from Harendra Deshapriya, senior Lecturer University of the visual and performing arts. He has won the first place in Sri lanka from the very first competition in the junior division in 2015, and not only that, he won the first place in Sri lanka in the senior division in 2017. 2022 has won the "Rajya Sageet Praveen Award" by getting the first place in Sri lanka in the open category. He has completed his master's degree in tabla playing by grade 12. He is learning about Latin percussions from Mr. Rakita Wickramasingha at AOP- the bera Store.. "Yummy" band he has just started, he works as a leader and percussionist in band. besides he plays freelance. He also played in Lavan Abhishek's "7wins band". he was the last 6th in 2022 Voice teens srilanka season 02. For the first time in Sri lanka,he was able to become the first contestant to add a part of a percussion instrument to every song of a reality show. He has been learning tabla since he was young. One of the most talented guitarists in Sri Lanka His musical career starts at school age. He loves music even before going to school, and that passion comes from his father, who is a very talented percussionist and he is the first teacher of his musical life. One day when he was 4 years old, his father bought him a small guitar. It was his first guitar. After that, Kapila Wijeweera, one of his father's best friends, met his first guitar teacher. He gets that opportunity from his father. He mentions that this is a good opportunity to tell about him. He learned from him as a song for the first time (Digu desa dutuwama- Romesh sugatahapala). He said that he had to learn a lot of things, then he practiced and played that instrument day and night, so while Mr. Kapila was learning, he also increased his knowledge from YouTube lessons. Even after that, he joined his first band in 2015. That "crazy boys" is the most special moment in his life, because he started from here and is still on the music journey. So the name of his band is "Ghosha". Here their leader Nandun Nissanka Pathirage did everything for them and bought his first electric guitar. They play several concerts under this name "Ghosha". So even after that he called Hard feel. He joined the acoustic band. He learned a lot about music from the members there. He was silent for a while after he had to leave the band, but he saw that quiet time as the time to learn. When he was looking for it, the first thing he found to talk to was lashel perera. He liked his style and tone color very much. He has learned many things related to the guitar from him. Also Mr. Buddhika perera, he has helped him. He loves pop music a lot from music, and it is correct if he says he is a madman who loves Michael Jackson, but he likes a whole music culture. So, during his quiet time, he gets invited to another acoustic band. Roshen Walisundara invites him, that band is Blueberry, so here is a turning point in his life, a place where he met many people who love him a lot and a place where he formed a fan base. As of today, he is not even in that music band. So now he has received an invitation to join the acoustic band (Roosters). He has happily accepted the invitation. He is one of the most talented percussionists in Sri Lanka. His music career starts from his school days. The first musical instrument he started to play was the tabla. So his first teacher was Anuradha Siriwardhana. His tabla playing was very popular in the school. He is a musician who has played in many music programs. He first plays percussion in the band "Lalith with Giriulla Creation". That is where he gets basic knowledge about musical groups. After that, he plays his percussion in several Kurunegala music groups.

After some time he joins Shane Zing with Line One band. He worked as the Percussionist of Line One Band for 8 years since its inception. His playing is really amazing. Even the clothes he wore when he played became his own. He was a musician who spent most of the day in his practice activities. It is correct to say that he is the best percussionist who played reggae music in Sri Lanka. He plays LP Percussion. When he plays, the eyes of those watching are definitely amazed. He is one of the most talented and humble bass guitarists in Sri Lanka. He started his music career from the time of going to school. He first started playing the guitar as a Rhythm Guitarist. After that he works as a Rhythm Guitarist in many musical bands. After some time he started practicing the bass guitar. He then learns many things about the bass guitar. He learned a lot about Reggae Music. He first followed Bob Marley's band bass guitarist "Aston Barrett". After that, he studies Rock, Funk, Jazz styles a lot.

He then joined the band Shane Zing with Line One and worked as a bass guitarist for 7 years. It was during that time that he made the biggest change in the Sri Lankan music industry. For the first time in Sri Lanka's music industry, he is working as a Synth Bass Guitarist in the band Line One. He also used a Synth Tone Roland sy300 pedal with the Bass Guitar. He was also the first to use the Roland JD-XI Keyboard for synth bass in Sri Lanka. His playing is amazing. When he plays, he enchants the eyes of anyone watching. He spent most of the day with his musical instruments. He is now working as a Freelance Bass Guitarist and as a bass guitar training teacher. He is one of the most talented musicians in Sri Lanka. He is a keyboard player who changed the music scene in Sri Lanka. His musical career starts from his school days. He was first taught to play the keyboard by his uncle, so his first musical instrument was the Melodica. When he was going to school, he had played Titanic music with a toy keyboard in a pencil box. The instrument became very popular in his school. He first started a band while in school with his school friends where he got basic knowledge about bands from Guru Ajantha. He then works as keyboardist in Aruna Lian's band Alians. He has been working in that band for about 3 years. He first learned the technology beyond a musician from Aruna Lian. Then he joined Shane Zing with Line One band and worked as keyboardist for about 7 years.

The most musical changes in his life were made during his time in that band. In terms of technology, he gets the ability to do very different things in the music industry of Sri Lanka. Then he worked as a Keyboardist in the program Hiru Star Season 03 throughout the program. He also worked as a player as well as a play back engineer in Sri Lanka's orchestra concerts and major concerts and events. He is a player who always changes his rig. He is a player who always includes Launch Pad and Synthesizer in his rig, which went beyond the keyboard. He always tries to be a keyboard player who is always updated in terms of technology. So this journey of his is a very difficult journey. Training has been done continuously for most of the day. Now he works as a freelance keyboardist and playback engineer. His playing style is his own drumming.He has mastered playing the drums through his dedication and practice.He follows all the drumming techniques currently available in the world.This talented drummer is the drummer of the band Shane Zing with Line One band He also brought a different color to the Line One band through his drumming.This drummer has been playing drums for many years now and we can introduce him as an experienced drummer.The drum techniques he uses are very advanced in terms of technology. He has more than 37,000 subscribers on his personal YouTube channel and also has 191,800 Tik tok followers.There is now a large group of music fans gathered around him in Sri Lanka. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අතිදැවැන්ත සංගීත කණ්ඩායමක් වන Shane Zing with Line One band සංගීත කණ්ඩායම Hiru Mega Blast වේදිකාවේ සංගීතවත් වෙමින් සිටි අවස්ථාවේදී, එම සංගීත කණ්ඩායමේ Keyboard වාදන ශිල්පියා වන Supun Kavinda විසින් සිදුවුණ පොඩි අත්වැරදීමක් හේතුවෙන්. ඔහුට සහ සංගීත කණ්ඩායමට අවමානයක් වෙන අයුරින් විවිධ දේවල් Social media හරහා ප්‍රචාරණය වෙමින් පවතිනවා.

Ceylon SRI අපි ඉතාමත් වගකීමෙන් ශ්‍රී ලාංකික සංගීත රසිකයන්ට දැනුම් දෙනවා.
