FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is a pre-blending compound having selected cements, hard wearing graded aggregates modified with special polymers and flow agents. It is supplied as a dry, grey powder which requires only the addition of water to produce a self-smoothing, free flowing material. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR may be applied by hand or by use of a continuous mixer pump.

USES:
FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is suitable for use in Industrial ware houses, factories, & suitable for use in schools and hospitals, commercial buildings, up grading and refurbishing of existing internal concrete slabs. It can also be suitable for use in car parking and light to medium engineering operations.

CONCRETE ADMIXTURES

FAIRFLO SCC is a differentiated from conventional superplasticizers in that it is based on a unique carboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start on the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particles capacity to disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water dement in flow able concrete. FAIRFLO SCC combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high performance concrete and / or concrete with high workability. FAIRFLO SCC is particularly strong superplasticiser allowing production of consistent concrete properties around the required dosage

WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE: LIQUID APPLIED SINGLE COMPONENT WATER BASED ELASTOMERIC WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is a highly elastic tough waterproofing system based on modified bitumens water based co-polymer.

WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is highly resistant to aggressive soils and soluble salts providing an effective continuous barrier and protection against water borne damage. WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is ideally suited as a vapor/salt barrier to building facades behind granite, marble, stone cladding, and curtain wall elements.

FAIRCRETE L R2 : LONG TERM RETARDER

FAIRCRETE L R2 is a long term retarder for concrete which interferes the hydration process of concrete at initial stage. Due to this hydration process is prolonged & keeps the concrete in Plastic stage for Long time. This retardation period of concrete can be extended for couple of hours, over night or even for weekend. This product is very much useful in case of immediate shutdown.

WATERGUARD COOL COOL (SINGLE PACK, READY TO USE, INSULATION CUM MULTI COLORED WATERPROOFING COATING)
DESCRIPTION:
WATERGUARD COOL COOL is a high build flexible, elasto-meric aqueous based waterproofing coating. containing special polymer and fillers. WATERGUARD COOL COOL provides extremely long lasting protective coating that creates a thermal barrier which stands severe temperature and changes and provides long lasting protection against wind and rain. It protects concrete against attack from atmospheric carbon dioxide, airborne, chlorides, acid, rain, weathering etc. WATERGUARD COOL COOL is a ready to use, ensuring waterproofing. It also provides extremely tough decorative waterproof coating, which allows breathing the surface.

BLOCK JOINING MORTAR - READYPLAST M (SUPER)

FLOWGROUT 40 (High strength, free flow, non-shrink grout)

FLOWGROUT 40 is based on specially processed cements containing fillers and additives. FLOWGROUT 40 is supplied as ready to use grout requiring addition of precise quantity of water at site (4.75 Litre/25 Kg grout). FLOWGROUT 40 is suitable for gap widths between 10 mm- 50 mm. For width less than 10 mm FLOWGROUT EP resin grout can be used. For thickness in excess of 50 mm. (say 75-100), cleaned washed 10 mm aggregates can be incorporated at the rate of 50%-100% of the quantity of grout used. Water needs to be precisely measured for good early & final strength (is obtained due to very low water requirement). 25 Kg of FLOWGROUT 40 will require 4.75 Liter of water (W/P=0.19) for making flowing grout. Expansion: Controlled expansion occurs in the unset material to ensure that the grout, when cured will continue to occupy its original volume within the confines of the voids in which it was placed. For thicker section it is necessary to fill out grout with well graded silt free aggregate to minimize heat build up.

FAIRCRETE SB (L) (Acrylic emulsion cement modifier And concrete bonding agent)
FAIRCRETE SB (L) is a highly specialized acrylic co-polymeric compound designed for use with cement compositions. It is used in mortar and concrete as an admixture to increase resistance to ingress of moisture/water, wear resistance and durable material. It is used with cement as a reliable water-resistant bonding agent. It can be used as a recommended primer for concrete repair systems.

SAFECORE VC (SOLVENT FREE ULTRA CHEMICAL RESISTANT VINYL ESTER BASED COATING FOR INDUSTRIAL FLOORS AND STEEL SURFACES)
DESCRIPTION
SAFECORE VC is rapid curing, 2 pack Vinyl Ester based coating with outstanding resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols and other chemicals. This product is designed where high chemical resistance is of primary requirement. Due to its high molecular weight and low permeability, it will withstand exposure to a broad range of acids, caustics, and solvents. SAFECORE VC is designed for coating primary and secondary containment, trenches, troughs, pump pads, equipment, and structural members.

FAIRFIBRE P (Polyester fiber reinforcement for concrete and mortar)
FAIRFIBRE P is a specially designed polyester fiber which instantly disperses out through the mix and improves and increases the compressive & tensile strength of concrete and mortar. It highly improves the durability of structure and prevents the shrinkage cracks which are developed during curing making the concrete structure and plaster stronger. It prevents moisture from entering throughout the concrete and mortar structures. Also, FAIRFIBRE P works as a secondary reinforcement in concrete.

FAIRMATE MICROCREATE

USES: FAIRMATE MICROCRETE can be applied as per below described surfaces:
1.On internal floors and walls,bathrooms on cement based substrate on floors and gypsum boards on walls
2. On external floors and walls, staircases and external whirlpools.
3. On Internal floors and staircases over existing ceramic
tile floors.
4. On Internal floors and walls over existing ceramic tiles.
5. On floors, walls and staircase inside swimming pools.
6. Suitable on marble and porcelain sink, office, flower pot, office,kitchen bench, heating panel and office produced of cement board.

FAIRFIBRE (Fiber reinforcement for concrete and mortar)
FAIRFIBRE is a unique specially treated chemically inert fiber reinforcement for concrete and mortar which instantly disperses into the mix. FAIRFIBRE is recommended where the objective is to control temperature/ shrinkage cracking while improving basic durability. Also it improves the tensile and compressive strength of concrete and mortar, minimizes the cracks and reduces permeability in the mix. It reduces the rate of heat evolution, spreading heat of hydration over longer period & reducing thermal cracking effects. It is also used to reduce plastic & hardened concrete shrinkage.

FAIRFLO S MODIFIED (High range water reducer and retarding admixtures)
FAIRFLO S (MODIFIED) is supplied as brown liquid based on modified sulphonated Nepthalene slump retainer polymer. The powerful dispersing agent of the high range water reducing super plasticizer can be used in many ways to obtain dense, high strength durable concrete (M35, M40, M45 M50). The high water reduction properties makes of FAIRFLO S (MODIFIED) an ideal application in precast concrete where high early strength is of paramount importance.

FAIRFLO (Normal super plasticizer)

FAIRFLO is supplied as brown liquid based on sulphonated Nepthalene condensates. The powerful dispersing action of the super plasticiser can be used in many ways to obtain dense, high strength durable concrete (M35, M40 and M45). The high water reduction properties can make FAIRFLO ideal application in precast concrete where high early strength is of paramount importance.

FAIRPLAST IP (Waterproof plaster additive)
FAIRPLAST IP is supplied as ready to use powder which should be dry mix in mortar. It introduces air into mortar in the form of extremely fine and evenly dispersed bubbles. This en-trained air imparts improved workability which, due to the stability of the tiny bubbles, prevents premature stiffening and avoids the need for repeated "knocking up". In the hardened mortar these minute bubbles provide a cautionary effect in screeds or renders. Capillary channels are also made discontinuous by the formation of the bubbles, thus reducing the pe*******on of water. Use of FAIRPLAST IP in mortar makes it workable with economy. This removes the use of workability enhancing agents like lime.
