The grand finale of the Inter University Quiz unfolded on 9th March 2024, at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Galadari. 76 formidable teams, comprising 380 individuals from 18 distinguished state and private universities, engaged in an intense battle for the championship.

In a captivating climax, Team Mavericks from University of Kelaniya emerged as the champions of the Inaugural Inter University Quiz. Following closely, Team Mind Masters from General Sir John Kotelawala University secured the 1st Runner Up position, while Team ICBT from ICBT Campus became the 2nd Runner Up.

Union Assurance proudly launched 'GROW' - the Women Empowerment Initiative on International Women's Day. This groundbreaking program, embodying Growth, Recognition, Opportunities, and Well-being, aims to support women through holistic development.

The event celebrated the unveiling of the GROW concept and featured an engaging panel discussion. This initiative marks a significant leap towards fostering inclusivity and empowerment at Union Assurance.

Here’s a glimpse of the Semi finals of the Inter University Quiz by Union Assurance.

The semi finals were held on 5th March 2024 at the Union Assurance Head office premises with the participation of 9 teams consisting of both state and private universities.

Team Mind Master from General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University, ABM 02 NSBM from NSBM Green University, Mavericks from University of Kelaniya and Team ICBT from ICBT Campus were selected for the Grand Finale which is to be held on 9th March 2024 at the Grand Ballroom , Galadari Hotel
