Elevator Division - Handover of Two (2) KONE Elevators for Access Residencies. The KONE MiniSpace Elevators feature compact mini-machine rooms while serving 13 floors at speed 1.75m/s. As a special requirement of the client, one of the elevators is an "Open Through Type" having doors at the front and the rear of the cabin. The unique architectural lobby design required one lift to open at both sides for the 8 apartment floors.

PART TIME CAD DRAFTSMAN

The applicants should have a minimum of a National Certificate in Engineering Draftsmanship and a Diploma in CAD. Two (2) years or more experience in Mechanical Drawings would be an added advantage. The candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision.

We are proud to be the elevator contractor of this customer's new project as our relationship is over 20+ years from a previous air conditioning contract we had successfully executed.
