Well-spent Love-filled “HBS Family Day” with 134 members.

Mr. Dasun Anjula safely came back to Daibyakurenji this early morning upon completing a highly successful stay for 2 months with HBS Japan.

Young Member’s annual workshop for 2024 was held at the Daibyakurenji, on 18th Feb featuring;
Mr. Debiddo (Lasantha Kumara) from Child Protection Authority, & Mr. Shantha Jayaweera (Former President) of the Young Zoologist Association.

This year’s workshop was open for Seniors and Kids too as well as the young members even though it was named the Youth Workshop with the intention of integrating all members together.

Mr. Shantha conducted a seminar on reptiles found in our country how we humans should interact them as a part of the bio diversity.

Mr. Debiddo performed an amazing session with drama-therapy, activities for participants of all age groups emphasising how we should be happyin our daily lives, relieving of stresses. He also educated both the Kids and adults on safety from abuses with the help of his puppet assistant “Jonny”.

Successfully completed another 24 hours chanting at Daibyakurenji Temple. Arigatogozaimasu 🙏
