This four bedroom two story abode sits on a piece of land that slopes towards a beautiful paddy field, in Kadawatha. The house has been oriented towards the paddy field to capture the views and the angles created in doing so has been maneuvered to make quirky interesting spaces. The house has a warm unassuming air about it. The wall and floor finishes are robust, with exposed brick walls, exposed concrete soffit and polished concrete floor adding to the rustic charm of this family home.

In designing any building, we relentlessly work to create the perfect design that would fit the client's brief, as well as the studio's design direction. Each image here is an option for the massing of a house and front elevation, upon the request of the client.

Family home in Udugampala

This family home is a compact, yet spacious design sitting on the side of an ancestral family home.
Voluminous, dynamic spaces has been carved out inside the simple structure, with a double height space running the length of the house. Paying keen attention to vaasthu requirements, the house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, open plan combined living and dining.

House revamp

This renovation project is an attempt to expand the small living space of an existing house .The design is carefully articulated to create a more relaxed ambience inside the house with very small alterations to existing structure.
The estimated cost for the whole project is 3.5 million rupees

This 2900 square feet four bedroom family house is designed for a happy family with two precious girls. The client wanted a spacious modern house with a warm and cozy atmosphere to reflect the family and the love that binds them together. The house was planned in the site so that building foot print is minimal and site is left for a garden for the family, keeping in mind the vasthu requirements as well.
