How to reduce potbelly:

1. Avoid sugars: soda, honey, fruit juice, etc, will make you add weight.
2. Eat vegetables: cabbage, cucumber, spinach, etc, helps reduce fats.
3. Eat proteins: meats, fish, eggs, etc, helps build lean weight.
4. Intermittent fasting: is good for your weight and body functions.
5. Hit the gym 4-5X/week: lift weights preferably, no matter how small, it's good for your muscles
6. Say goodbye to alcohol: it causes fatty liver and stresses out your liver.
7. Reduce your stress level: have rest periods, or protected hours.
8. Rest more: specifically, have sufficient 6-9 hour of sleep/day.
9. Drink more water: is good for your metabolism, weight loss and body functions.

Top 5 tips: motivation to lose weight

Being overweight is a defense. We hide under it from our fears. And also a habit: we are used to living with extra pounds and can no longer believe in this or that. So first of all we form a new reality:

⭐️ Dreaming about ourselves.
Not about universal happiness and world peace, but about ourselves! Think about how your dreams relate to your personal motivations and priorities. Draw or describe your ideal image, clearly state what results you want to achieve, and refer to these notes. This will be your personal marker.

⭐️We start with scales.
We hide behind wide-brimmed hoods, process photos in editors, and thus try to score points in other people's eyes. Does it really make you happier? If the scales are showing the wrong number and the person you want to admire isn't looking at you from the mirror, change in reality, not on the Internet.

⭐️ Set an example
Listen to yourself: whose success story inspires you? You can choose a celebrity, a housewife, or any experience that comes closest to you. Even your newsfeed should include great people you can admire and be inspired by more often.

⭐️ Talking to yourself.
When was the last time you stood in front of a mirror and talked to the person in front of you? Do it as sincerely and candidly as you can. It's not easy, but it helps you understand and accept yourself. The effect is amazing. Try it!

⭐️ Act without looking back.
Start with small steps, make mistakes and find your way. Allow yourself to be slim and find harmony with your body, with your health, with other people and with the world.
