A woman who was in a dare need cried out to God for supply, the devil heard when the woman cried out sorrowfully to God for help, so the devil quickly organized one of his followers to pack a truck load with food and take them to the woman, with an instruction " tell her these gifts are from the devil"
The follower got to the woman, and the woman received the items with great joy, without asking a question. After emptying the truck, the follower asked the woman " you didn't even asked me who sent these items? The response from the woman was a shocker, she answered " does it matter, because if God gave a command even the devil has to obey"
Chai I shook on my seat when I heard her response, then it got me thinking, " how come the devil obey God with trembling, but human being preferred to obey the devil and disobey the order of God. You may ask me how? "The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, the pride of life"

Many of us claim to be Born Again, but we live as unbelievers, crucifying our LORD and SAVIOUR the second time. When we indulge in sin ( fornication, adultery, stealing, lying, gossiping, backbiting, greed, idolatry, live in hate, Unforgiveness, lack of fire for the things of God and many more). Let's ask ourselves, " how will our lives witness for JESUS if we indulge in any of these? Besides who do we obey when we indulge in any of these?

Many of us, our lives don't preach JESUS, most times we cover up with giving gift to others, as if that is all that showcases JESUS, however, the reward of that giving is on earth here, especially if our lives do not conform to a righteous living.
Even Satan tremble in obedience to GOD, but he lures human being to disobey from GOD's righteous living.

Hear this, "whosoever has your ears, has your life, and whosoever has your attention has your future.
You think Satan doesn't know what he is doing? He is just after the soul of those who claim to be Born Again, but their lives are far from preaching it.
God said, " they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far away from Me"
Please let us stop portraying the Gospel in a bad light, let us live for God in all honesty. GOD has invested Eternal life into us, let us not lose it to the lie of the devil.

We are too quick to quit on God, hang in trust, don't let go, because when you think God is slow, that is when God is doing a quick work behind the curtain. God processes us before committing some supplies to us, If you go out too early, you will miss out on your day of visitation.
No matter the situation, hang in trust, it's always not easy, but stay in place and stay in character, don't try to help God to hasten the process, HE knows what He is doing, and how to accomplish His works. GOD doesn't disappoint Himself and He doesn't disappoint or betray anyone, He is a faithful God, hang in trust

Philippians 4:11 (ESV) tells us, “Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.”

When the Apostle Paul wrote to the Philippian church, he praised them for their financial partnership with him in the ministry. But he made it clear that he was not in desperate need.

Paul had learned over many years of service to Christ that trusting in the power of Jesus to accomplish through him whatever God wanted him to do was indeed the secret to contentment.

Psalm 119: 14-16 (ESV) says, “In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word.”

The concept has been corrupted in modern thought. In the minds of many Christians, meditation is associated with eastern religions, like Hinduism and Buddhism—belief systems that don’t acknowledge God as Father or Jesus as Savior and Lord. This association leads many to believe that meditation in any form opens the mind to evil spirits or untrue teaching. But that robs us of an important way of interacting with Scripture and the Holy Spirit.

The truth is that meditation is not something to fear, but something to embrace! Meditation has always been an important part of Christian practice.

John 6:38 (ESV) tells us, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.”

If someone asked you to articulate your mission on earth, what would you say?

None of us have the righteous character of Jesus. Each of us naturally turns away from God’s will and towards our own selfish desires. As you take a moment to look at your life, confess to God the ways that you have failed to follow Him well.

Hebrews 13:5 (ESV) tells us to “(Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have,) for he has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’”

Humans may fail, but God never fails. Even in the worst circumstances, or the darkest night of the soul, Jesus is there. He will not forsake you. He has chosen to be with you, promised to never leave you, and committed Himself to stand at your side for the rest of eternity.

Lord Jesus, pls help me to navigate whatever challenges I encounter this year. Be my comfort and my rock. Guide me to do your will and be an instrument of your peace this year and each day.

TRUST!!!!

Trusting The LORD depends on Who you figure or imagine God to be, and Who you figure Him out to be also depend on the depth or the extent of the knowledge you have of Him.

A story was told of a man who told God that he has never benefited anything from God.

God asked him anything like what?
The man listed in out, stuff like good food, accomodation, good friends, promotion at work, prosperity and all that.

God answered Ok, so you think you have never benefited anything from me?

The man answered,, nothing, absolutely nothing.

God responded, well only those who exist complain and refused to see My good works. They also refused to see the need to have a closer walk with Me.

The man asked, why did You say only those who exist?

God said, because there is a big difference between those who exist and the Living.

Really? So what's the difference? The man asked

Those who exist are sustained only by the breathe in their lungs, the air they breath which is not eternal, but the Living, live not for things and they do not live for themselves, but they live for God and unto God and so they appreciate everything I do and they know how to trust Me, even if I delayed in responding,
the Living have My Life called Zoe, they have My mind, they don't go ahead of Me but they walk with Me, and they rejoice in hope whilst trusting in Me for their need. They don't have alternative, they only have Me. They are not discouraged if I delay, they still wait, because they acknowledge that I work only for their good, even in bad times, I make all things work together for their good. Above all, they appreciate the Eternal life that I brought to them on a platter of gold, because the Eternal life is beyond this present phase. They trust Me for everything, and I don't fail them.

So are You saying that I don't trust You? The man asked

I AM saying that your trust isn't stable and it's not complete, it wavers, because if I don't show up at the time you want, you seek out for alternative which will never gain you the expected end.... God responded

So what should I do LORD? The man asked

Quit just existing, start living, trust Me with your heart, with your soul, with the very minutest part of you, let Me be your treasure, your Source. Don't panic or worry if I delay, because when I delay I AM working behind the curtain for your good, because you don't know much as I know about your future, so when you are in a hurry, you damage the expected end that I have for you.

My LORD now I trust You and I trust in Your love and compassion to help me get to the expected end that you have for me.

Jeremiah 29:11 " For I know the thoughts that I think concerning you, saith The Lord, thoughts of peace (good) and not of evil to give you a hope and an expected end".............................................

With this story, I pray we would be more focus and trust absolutely in God in JESUS MIGHTY NAME
