In 2007, when was the most popular framework Sergio started his professional career with and systems.
He led a project for a Operator in Portugal and was responsible for the development and support of an and solution comprising 14 Asterisk servers that reached peaks of 600 CPS (calls per second)
Since then, Sergio started Consulting services, specifically on IVR and Televoting platforms and worked on televoting project in Brazil at a much higher scale: 3 datacenters, 120 servers, and a peak of up to 34.000 CPS.
He also shares some tips on improving Asterisk performance by using better network cards and not using Asterisk AGI scripts.

A quick summary of the newest features in MOR and M4:
* [MOR] Reworked Subscriptions system. We have implemented extended functionality to the Subscriptions. Now it can start any day and can be billed at the start of the period, in the end, or on each day.
* [M4] Invoice Billing Period upgrade. Billing Period dynamic view to show the exact dates for the billing period for easier management.
* [M4] Round Call Price in CDR option upgrade. Improved how this setting is handled in the GUI to minimize the misuse of it.
* [M4] Remote-Party-ID and P-Asserted-Identity rework. Complete rework of how these headers are handled. Now you have (almost) limitless options to manage these headers.
* [M4] One (huge) step to the real Geo-Redundancy. We have implemented the ability for the Kamailio to talk directly to the 2 Radius servers in a Main/Backup fashion. We are working on the remaining steps to allow this functionality as seamless as possible.
* [M4] Future ongoing work on DIDs, Subscriptions, Flat-Rates. We did a lot of work on the DIDs and we are continuing to work on implementing a complete Billing/Trunking solution for Business customers.

One of the biggest changes was an updated Support System workflow. PUBLIC Forum is discontinued due to low usage. Now, all tickets are PRIVATE. Plus, there are much more changes, you can read more about them on our blog.

Finally, here's a summary of the newest features in MOR and M4:
[M4] Complete Authentication rework. Greatly extended Authentication-Authorization functionality in the new user-friendly GUI.
[MOR/M4] Unregister the Device/Connection Point. Added the functionality to unregister the device/connection point. A great tool to have in case of troubleshooting.
[MOR] Same custom password for all Bulk-created Devices. Create all Devices with the same password (if necessary).
[MOR/M4] Direct links to Alert Object. Get direct links in the Alert Emails for faster navigation and better workflow (to save time).
[MOR] LCR management improvements. Show dependant Users, Destinations, Alerts when trying to delete LCRs. Helps to keep track of where these LCRs are linked and how it will impact the configuration if they will be gone.
