Our PMO team gathered for a teambuilding event🤝

It took them from the Vilnius office to the Kaunas office, where they engaged in a team session focused on responsibilities, areas for improvement, and team goals.

After the visit to the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (remember we had this fantastic All-Staff Event back in June), it was only fitting to explore Lithuania's own racing circuit, Nemuno Žiedas in Kačerginė.

Tėvas Racing organized an exciting "arrive and drive" session, giving each PMO team member the thrilling opportunity to experience the track in a drift car with a professional driver.

The day was capped off with a pleasant evening walk through the center of Kaunas and a dinner together.

At the Companial Summer Challenge, our colleagues are very creative when it comes to collecting kilometres for a good cause 🤩

Our colleagues Edvinas Blazevicius and Paulius Brezgys raised a few extra kilometres and had a lot of fun doing it. They cycled from Kaunas to Vilnius after work to connect offices in a sustainable way.

They rode their bikes on beautiful Lithuanian washboard gravel roads 〰️ and sandy roads in the forest ⏳

In keeping with the core value , they mastered the challenge together 💪

Over the past 33 days, our great team has collectively covered more than 11,000 kilometres through various activities such as walking, running, cycling and more. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️

It's not just about staying active, but also about making a difference. We are proud to be raising money for important projects in Ukraine and Sierra Leone.

Yesterday the Junior F&SCM Developers Academy started. Welcome to our happy newcomers in the Vilnius office 🙋Enjoy the journey at Companial and the world of D365 F&SCM!

The idea of the Academy is that we accommodate candidates with different backgrounds and experience. The candidates have a variety of reasons for applying to the Academy - they either want to change their professional qualification, are still studying or want to start their career in IT.

To apply to this academy you have to have minimal knowledge and understand in programming 💡

We have been organising this type of programme for around 10 years and most participants remain with us as permanent employees after successfully completing the academy 👏

The delicious Šaltibarščiai is a traditional cold summer soup with tasty ingredients that give the soup its unique colour.

Well done, Saulius Žebrauskas! Saulius, a member of Companial Cloud, recently finished a great kayaking trip down the beautiful Neris River in Lithuania!

Each year, Saulius and his friends go for a tough kayaking trip on a Lithuanian river. This year, they kayaked an amazing 230 kilometers on the Neris, from the Belarus border to Kaunas.

He even kayaked past our Vilnius office where his Cloud team colleagues were there to cheer him on.

Domantas Šurka is a part of the Companial Cloud Support team. Alongside his work, he was also studying full-time at KTU Kauno technologijos universitetas/Kaunas University of Technology, focusing on Software Systems. Colleagues from Vilnius got to see his final presentation for his Bachelor's degree, and we supported him online! His degree topic was '𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺'. We're really proud of his success. Balancing shift work and full-time study is tough, but he still got the top grade!

Introducing Ugnė Kukliauskaitė, Regional Lead for Rest of World & Global Accounts at Companial. Ugnė not only leads the global partner channel direct sales team at our company, but is also a passionate teammate dedicated to building meaningful connections and helping partners achieve their goals. Beyond the workplace, she is committed to volunteering at IWAVilnius and mentoring with Women Go Tech. Here is what she had to share on her experience:

“In kindergarten, during the farewell, I was asked what I wanted to be when I grow up – and without hesitation, I said – an ice cream seller. My family was shocked, because all the other kids said – police officer, doctor, teacher 😄 So, that's what I became, without ice cream part 😂 Sales is an art, weaving human connections, leadership, psychology, and relationship building. I love helping my customers / partners and company achieve their goals. 😊 And where do I draw inspiration from? Of course – travelling is my passion, whether that’s in the remote Amazon jungles or dazzling cities - seeing, experiencing something new - that's definitely the good stuff!

Besides my job at Companial, I also volunteer at IWAV – International Women's Association of Vilnius, which cares for the well-being of many children, women, and elderly in Lithuania; and I'm a mentor at Women Go Tech organization – fostering diversity and women's involvement in the tech industry.”

Last week, we wrapped up another successful Clickathon session at Companial. Clickathon is our annual event, where our colleagues come together to brainstorm, collaborate, and innovate new ideas aimed at improving the workplace. 🚀

This year's session proved exceptionally successful, with colleagues from around the world showcasing remarkable team spirit and presenting creative solutions. We started with a productive brainstorming session, centered on generating ways to improve our workflows and enhance the benefits we deliver to our Partners. To wrap up the session, we visited the Virtual Reality Arena in Vilnius. Here, team members had the opportunity to relax by playing virtual games. Today, we are showcasing 𝐈𝐞𝐯𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐞-𝐊𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐞, Product Marketing Manager at Companial. Beyond her duties and skills in the workplace, she dedicates her free time to one of her dearest hobbies – scuba diving. 🤿

“Scuba diving, as a hobby, came along not too long ago. Although all my life, I have had a special relationship with water and water sports. In other words: if the activity includes water, count me in!

Actually, this is how diving came along. I used to dive during holidays, but nothing too extreme or serious, until my cousin encouraged me to get certified as an Open Water Diver and later on as an Advanced Open Water Diver. So now I try to dedicate at least one holiday per year to diving, and slowly cross out my bucket list items (there are a lot of items in my bucket list 😄).

During the warm summer months, I dive in the Lithuanian lakes, not only for fun but also for a good cause, to clean them up. For example, in September a lot of Lithuanian divers dedicate one day to cleaning our famous Trakai Galves Lake, with a fun mission to find Vytautas Crown.

One place on my bucket list this year is Rummu Lake in Estonia, where you can explore an underwater prison. And a secret bucket list item: to take as many of our colleagues for diving in Lithuanian lakes. 😀 Who's in?

To conclude, it is not an easy sport – it requires a lot of precision, critical thinking, endurance, calmness, and physical strength. But what I like the most is meditation, peace, and emptiness of mind that comes along with it. And of course, the beautiful underwater world.”

🐰 With Easter just around the corner, the spirit of celebration is in the air at Companial! Yesterday, we hosted an exciting Easter egg hunt for our team in our Vilnius office. The rules were simple – 40 Easter eggs with hidden numbers were scattered across leisure spots in our office. Those who discovered these hidden gems were greeted with sweet surprises. 🍭

A heartfelt thank you to Vytaute Misiuniene for organizing this event and making sure everyone had a good time! And most importantly – Happy Easter from all of us at Companial! 🐣

Last week in our Vilnius office, we had the pleasure of hosting a productive workshop with our esteemed partners, Isatech, a division of the renowned 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩. 📈

The workshop's primary topics included solutions, integration, digital transformation, and the most recent developments in the Microsoft ecosystem. It also committed to provide Isatech's Dynamics 365 Business Central ISV Team with Companial's expertise in solution development and enhancement. 👨🏽‍💻

Following the workshop, we took a walking tour of Vilnius, enjoying its stunning scenery and rich history, and then treated ourselves to a delicious dinner. 🏰

As the weather gets warmer, the sun gets brighter, and Easter approaches, it's important to maintain a festive atmosphere within our workplace. Sharing the spring and Easter vibes from our Vilnius and Leusden offices. 🐰🌷

We started our day at Companial by warmly welcoming 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐫, our newest team member. Clarinda has joined us as the Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise and fresh ideas. 💡 The Marketing Team met her in the Vilnius office.

I felt as if I was spending time with my best friends.

I’m from Latvia and it was my first visit in Vilnius, Lithuania, far away from home, and I needed to stay there for a week alone. But that week was great - I really enjoyed spending time with my colleagues and I couldn’t have even imagined how cool this trip could be. Thank you Companial for such warm welcome and new home. 😊"
