“I studied cosmetology, so, unfortunately, all the skills I gained during my studies are only useful in my personal life.”

“Besides simple skills like documentation and work with computers, I came to Stafferty with valuable experience in the selection process – in my previous job I worked with recruitment.”
Tell us about your position. What does your daily life look like?
“I communicate with clients a lot and not only help them with the recruitment process, but I also maintain relationships with them. I conduct job interviews and do a lot of analytical work to find the best possible candidate for our clients.”

“I have a bachelor’s degree and studied sociology at university. My studies gave me the ability to observe and interpret changes in society. Additionally, it improved my communication skills with people – some tasks required conducting interviews and later analyzing them.”
What other experiences from other jobs did you gain and use in your current position?
“The skills I use in my current job, which have been acquired from previous experiences, are communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to remain calm and friendly even in the most complex situations.”
Tell me about your position. What does your daily life look like?
“To sum up my tasks, I basically recruit new employees for different clients, communicate with them to understand the type of candidate they are looking for, do candidate sourcing, organize interviews, provide feedback to clients, and collaborate with other recruiters and the sales department.”

“I really enjoy working at Stafferty because here is the most supportive team I have ever met. Different departments collaborate successfully with each other, and as a result, we have exciting projects to solve.”

“One of my hobbies is spending time with my dog – taking long walks in the forest and enjoying playing together. In addition, I enjoy spending winter weekends snowboarding on the mountain and going to the gym in other seasons. I use my hobbies to create a balance between my work life and free time.”

"Even though I am a recruiter, I have both bachelor's and master’s degrees in Management and Business Administration. Fun fact – even though my education is related to business administration, the subject of my master's thesis was "Personnel Policy and its Improvement."
What experiences from previous jobs did you gain and use in your current position?
“Since I began my career at a very young age and I’ve tried myself in so many different positions, I gained something valuable from every single one of them.”
Tell us about your position. What does your daily life look like?
“As a Senior Recruiter, I spend a lot of time communicating with clients to find out their needs and positions they need to fill in. After that, I go through my personal and company database to find the best candidates. After that, I conduct interviews with the candidates and present them to the client and continue to curate the whole process until the client makes the final decision by submitting the job offer to the candidate.”
Why do you like your job here at Stafferty?
“First of all, it is very important for me that my managers trust me and give me complete freedom to plan, choose the strategy that I will apply in the case of a specific selection, choose which work model is more acceptable for me at the given time and freedom to make decisions on my own. I appreciate that.”
What hobbies do you have? Do you use anything from them in your professional life?
“I have two main hobbies. One of them is volunteering for the Rimantas Kaukėnas Support Group. I have volunteered there for more than 10 years - we take care of children with oncological diseases, organize events, and fulfill their dreams. The second is traveling to Asia and attending Asian cooking courses during them.”

Yuliya, what did you study before the beginning of your career path? Is the knowledge gained during your studies useful?
“I am an English teacher by education. I believe that English is always useful no matter where you live or work.”
What experiences from previous jobs did you gain and use in your current position?
“In my previous company, I started my career in the position of Administrator. Then I was promoted to head of the department, and after that, I was promoted again to the Director of a company. I gained valuable experience in describing all company's processes, recruitment, teaching, managing, and organizing people's work.”
Tell us about your position. What does your daily life look like?
“Until 10 am I look through my mail, reply or plan tasks, and set daily priorities and until 11 am I make priorities for the assistant. Every day I receive requests from clients and employees to prepare different documents, and after making priorities, I complete document tasks. If it is the first part of the month, I mostly collect reports from employees and make calculations and invoices and if it is the second part of the month, I mostly describe projects, and check current documentation.”

“I love Stafferty because the company provides me the opportunity to work independently without total control and provides me with a responsibility for my results.”
What hobbies do you have? Do you use anything from them in your professional life?
“After my regular work, I have online English lessons – I find teaching very inspiring. I also call myself a yoga addict – I try to do yoga as often as possible and it’s never enough for me, so I wish to have more time for it.”

“I have a higher education and master’s degree in Business Management. Majoring in Business Management was the best decision of my life – it is a very diverse specialty that provides an overview of the entire system of business operations, teaches you to see the big picture, and focuses on each department of the company.”
What experiences from previous jobs did you gain and use in your current position?
“Previously, I worked in both sales and HR. Previous HR experience is very important in my current job. Without it, it would be very difficult to understand which deal can be feasible and beneficial for both the client and my company. My communication skills and friendliness in previous jobs have helped me bring my former employers and my friends as Stafferty clients.”
Tell us about your position. What does your daily life look like?
“I usually start my day by reading business news, then I communicate with my colleagues about various work topics, and I find out how we are doing today. Then I scan job portals and analyze the client base, and labor market, contact potential clients, and go to meetings. I solve current questions and problems together with colleagues. I sign contracts, prepare documentation, monitor deadlines, and communicate with people at different levels both inside and outside the company. I develop relationships and our business, participate in various work events and programs to gather contacts.”

“This is a very varied and interesting job. I really like to communicate with people and because I am a results and solution-oriented person, I get energy and motivation from my work. This energy is the most important source of my life, which keeps me positive and happy outside of work hours too. “My hobbies are psychology and law, I also recently devoted myself to the topic of self-awareness and I use this knowledge in my work life as well. In my spare time, I also ride a snowboard, visit various events, exhibitions and travel a lot.”
