🇬🇧 DEPROM LV continues construction work in Sweden in cooperation with subsidiary company "Deprom Sverige AB".

We have completed the final works: installation of decorative steps and stair railings. The object will soon be put into exploitation – there will be a student dormitory in Stockholm with 297 student apartments.

DEPROM LV delivered a full complex frame, incl. window assembly at the factory. The production of prefabricated concrete elements was provided by a subsidiary company "Mitau Prefab Ltd".

Esam pabeiguši pēdējos darbus: dekoratīvo pakāpienu un kāpņu margu uzstādīšanu. Drīz objekts tiks nodots ekspluatācijā – šeit atradīsies studentu kopmītnes Stokholmā ar 297 studentu dzīvokļiem.

DEPROM LV veica pilna kompleksa karkasa piegādi, t.sk. logu montāžu rūpnīcā. Dzelzsbetona karkasa elementu ražošanu nodrošināja meitas uzņēmums "Mitau Prefab Ltd".

EPD deklarācija satur informāciju par uzņēmuma ražoto produktu dzīves cikla laikā radīto ietekmi uz vidi ( - life cycle assessment).

On February 10 of this year, Deprom LV underwent a recertification audit for standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the certification was extended for 3 years.

We inform you that ISO 9001 is an international quality management system standard, ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system, but ISO 45001 is an international standard for health and safety at work developed by national and international standards committees independent of government.

We are glad to announce that we have received the 2nd place in the nomination “Engineering building - Newly Erected Building” in the ceremony of the Latvian Construction Annual Award 2021!

We are delighted to see that our first project in the UK, London, Stratford, is practically already populated.

Residential quarter with 211 apartments, to which we delivered suspended facade panels from pigmented concrete with exposed granite breakstone and a polished concrete surface.

So far our largest residential complex is located in Malmö, Sweden, next to the tallest building in Scandinavia, Turning Torso. 🇸🇪

In the blocked projects Parken 1, Parken 2 and Parken 3, we have made a complex delivery of the building frame from the design of the building structures to the assembly.

Each project has an underground car park, a courtyard and a green roof. A kindergarten and local shops have been built separately. In total, all 3 projects have about 750 apartments.

In the project in United Kingdom we have chosen a product mix- prefabricated reinforced concrete and Peikko DELTABEAM. Currently we are actively assembling and we can already see how fast and efficient assembly works by choosing the right materials in the right place and project!

✅The excellent result of the project, for which the confirmation is the prize received, is the responsible and selfless work of the team of professionals of the customer, designers, builders and construction supervisors. Perseverance in meeting all the requirements of the standards and correct work technologies, as well as the additional efforts made by the contractors, have created an excellent result, which will definitely be appreciated by the residents of the buildings and their guests.

In this project, Deprom as the general contractor, carried out the design of building structures, the production and assembly of building frame structures, as well as the supervision of all remaining works.
