The past few months have been a whirlwind of busyness and excitement, filled with numerous fascinating projects. Here's a glimpse into one of them!

This project was particularly special, as it was for my high school mentor. The challenge: to explain a complex and innovative product in a way that’s clean, professional, and easy to understand.

I’m thrilled with the outcome! The website exudes a unique feel with its clean design and smooth user experience.

Each new project pushes me to learn more advanced web development skills. For instance, on the second page of this post, you can see a timeline I created using Javascript for the first time. I love how it turned out! 💻❤️

About more than a year ago I came upon a concept called Passion Economy. It put into words a vision I had for my own life - to be independent, flexible, passion-driven, and connected. Throughout this time, I've developed my own explanation and understanding of this model, and what lies in the center of it. Let me put it out here. :)

How my messy hair helped a local barbershop go digital! ⬇️

A month ago, I needed to get a haircut. I'd been putting it off for a while, but my hair was starting to look pretty rough. I found a dope local barbershop, but I was surprised to see that they didn't have a digital booking system. I called them twice, but no one answered. This is one of the biggest downsides of a manual booking system—you can't always get through to the barbershop, and you might have to wait in line when you do.

I decided to approach the owner of the barbershop and ask if they'd be interested in collaborating on a digital booking system. They knew the struggle and didn't wait long to jump into this upgrade process.

Now, customers can book their appointments online, 24/7. They can choose their preferred stylist, see the next available time slots, and get reminders.

How do they feel about this upgrade you can see in the second picture :)) Translation from Latvian: "Hey, bro! Is everything working smoothly? -Everything's perfect!"

A simple and powerful reminder that our thoughts and attention directly impact our experiences and the direction of our lives.

The more we focus on something, the more energy and attention we give it, and the more likely it is to manifest in our lives.

For me, this basic idea manifests in my financial situation. Becoming a passion economy practitioner meant that I needed to strengthen my relationships with money. I'm still learning to trust the process and direct attention toward positive outcomes: financial abundance and opportunities.

By focusing on financial lack and scarcity, I created a negative cycle that made it difficult to improve my situation. Every time I continued to focus on my "money issues", I found it difficult to take action to improve the situation, as my attention was consumed by worries.
