Meet Botagoz Nogayeva, our Junior Dispatcher. She's been with FCG OPS for just a year and already demonstrates remarkable ability in learning and effectively managing operations.

Botagoz highlights the importance of being attentive and stress-resistant in her role. She recalls her early days as challenging, especially since new hires usually don't start during the busy summer season. However, joining last summer, she quickly adapted.

Despite her bachelor’s degree is related to aviation, she had no flight dispatching experience. With tailored training and on-the-job learning, she soon became proficient. Now, she enjoys her shifts as a trip support flight dispatcher, coordinating and accommodating customer requests everyday.

Her favorite part of the job? Watching aircraft take off and land, seeing the real impact of her work.
