What do us dancers really think about while we’re performing/teaching? HO HO HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR SUNDAYS? OR REST DAYS?! What’s your favourite #selfcare?👇👇👇 #selfcaresunday with my daughters getting our Christmas sparkle nails done so they can go off on holiday and I go home to an online exam @mamameiblog @hollywood_nails_wakefield 😜🥳… Made a new Yoga friend too as we chatted dance, well-being, south-east Asia & sparkles … and I got matcha soy latte envy 🤪🥰😜 BUT it’s snowing, I have sparkly nails and now worship music and onesie dancing before watching Sunday Morning politics programmes whilst I write & then study in bed @origym_coe … oh and eat all the chillis I jogged to the shop for after a morning arm workout on Zoom @greenhealthpt 🤜🤜🤜 So I’m grateful to have skipped some normal chores but now food prep before Tv, onesie, writing & studying treat!
