The Moroccan cooking class with chef Houcain was absolutely fantastic. Houcain is a knowledgable, patient, fun teacher. He taught us so much about how to make an authentic couscous with fresh meat and vegetables πππ©βπ³π¨βπ³π₯ The couscous we made came out delicious (all our students from .rabat agreed!).
