We are looking for a Fleet Team Support who has sailed as Chief or Second officer and would like to move ashore.

The candidate should have knowledge of the maritime legislation and ISM, well organised for administration work whilst being comfortable with Microsoft office products. Ideally based in Barcelona or Palma

Responsibilities include:

🔸Arrange any travels for members of JMS fleet team

🔸 Assist the fleet team in travel expenses reporting and timesheet

🔸 Maintain agenda for members of the fleet team

🔸 Make minutes of team meetings

🔸 Maintain the agenda of the fleet team

🔸 Assist JMS fleet team with completing vessel report

🔸 Assist JMS fleet team in preparing quotations

🔸 Assist JMS with DP (desktop publishing) matters

🔸 Maintain vessel records on InFleet

🔸 Maintain and organise where needed vessel folders

🔸 Maintain JMS Fleet team folders

🔸 Assist the JMS marketing team, including assisting and organising events

🔸 Assist the JMS commercial team

🔸 Carry out administrative work and any other work as requested by the Fleet Manager

Luca’s background as a Captain Engineer on MY Noga and MY Sabbia involved overseeing vessel construction, supervising technical aspects, and making crucial technical decisions.

🇧🇪 Tom Vannieuwenhuyse: our Fleet Manager, with an impressive career of 11 years at sea, Tom has risen through the ranks from deckhand to Captain on various yachts, bringing a wealth of practical experience to our yacht management services. He also served as the Captain on MY North Star. His extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of yacht operations make him a valuable asset to our team.

🇳🇱 Zoe Bolt-Falconer, our Fleet Compliance specialist, Zoe, joining us at the show who embarked on her maritime career at 18 as a Merchant Navy Deck Officer Cadet. Over a decade at sea, she advanced to Chief Officer and Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer (SDPO) in the offshore industry. A trailblazer as one of the first women to earn an unlimited DPO certificate, Zoe’s experience spans diverse vessels including supply ships, survey vessels, DSVs, cable layers, salvage ships.

🤗 We are excited to welcome Linda De Nardo as the new Office Manager at our Monaco office. With a rich background spanning over 20 years in yachting, luxury services, and high-level administrative roles, Linda brings a blend of experience and passion to our team.

✈️ Her journey began in the world of luxury yachting, working with prestigious companies such as Cantiere Nautico Gianetti and Gianetti Yacht SRL on the Côte d’Azur. Her expertise grew as she managed clients, where she handled yacht registrations and company incorporations across various jurisdictions, including Monaco, the UK, and the Cayman Islands. Later, she ventured into entrepreneurship with Mariposa Yacht Services in Monaco, offering specialized services like yacht registration and day-to-day yacht assistance.
Linda then transitioned into a commercial role at Black Book Villas in London, where she excelled in client relations and problem-solving, ensuring excellent customer service for clients renting luxury villas. Most recently, she served as a Private Assistant in a Family Office in Monaco, overseeing daily administration, managing household employees, and handling the family’s real estate.

☀️ Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in sports, and participating in volunteer activities.

🇮🇹 Fluent in Italian, English and French, and currently learning Spanish, we are confident that Linda’s extensive experience and dynamic approach will be invaluable as she steps into her role at JMS Yachting in Monaco.
