We are looking for a Project Manager!

A few words about us:
We are a small team of tech enthusiasts focused on generating great ideas and bringing them into the world. We work with passion and dedication in a non-corporate atmosphere surrounded by respect, responsibility and creativity. If your values match ours, then you’re the one for us :) We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Project Manager to join our awesome team.

Your responsibilities:

Working closely with stakeholders and/or clients on product deadlines, course of action and expected results.
Creating milestones and project plans.
Create technical requirements that are comprehensible to the development team.
Manage backlog and prioritise tasks with stakeholders
Ability to work with various graphic tools and create schemes, diagrams and workflows (ex. miro board, excel spreadsheets, activecollab, clickup etc.).
Weekly and Monthly planning of the entire team’s workload, based on current priorities and roadmaps.
Constant monitoring and assessment of the team’s productivity at every stage.
Monthly Reporting (all projects/separate projects).
Performing occasional researches, mood boards, analysis for future potential projects.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Skills and abilities:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (at least 1 year of experience).
Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, APIS and web technologies.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodology. Conduct daily meetings, sprint plannings and retrospective meetings to collect metrics regarding employee productivity.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. This is a MUST!
Attention to details and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
Experience using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Ability to work under stress and tight deadliness.
Ability to maintain a positive approach even when the team lacks motivation or faces a difficult issue.

Our team attended the Web summit 2022, one of the world’s biggest technology events, held in beautiful and sunny Lisbon. During those days Ami, Ilia and Vitaly had the opportunity to take part at innovative roundtables, share insights and ideas with so many intelligent and knowledgeable individuals.

A team inside and outside the office! 🤝We had an amazing team building to recharge the batteries after a period full of projects, events and challenges! A truly deserved break that allowed us to spend time outdoors, relaxing together.We settled on a hawaiian style party. Lei, cooling drinks, refreshing pool and a themed caked transported us, even temporarily to an amazing Hawaiian vacation!Terranet Team is the best! 🔥

Easter is a period to take a step back from the mundane activities and focus on your roots. It’s a time of thankfulness, appreciation and love. Whether you take a trip to the countryside, or celebrate within a smaller family circle, make sure to hug everyone tight and tell them you love them :)

Our team had an amazing opportunity to attend a pottery class, and it was a blast!

Apart from team bonding, every person could explore their inner creative side, leaving analysis and logic aside, and modelling clay as they pleased.

Having one piece of clay and modelling ingenious different creations showed a small glimpsle into everyone’s personalities and allowed us to understand and appreciate each other even more.

We were guided and directed by the amazing and we definitely recommend you try it out by yourself, or even better, with a great team

As 2021 comes to an end, we take a moment to remember and appreciate everything that happened this year. We bonded even closer as a team - attended conferences together, took part in social events and gathered together to celebrate every success.

All these aspects helped us deliver great projects, gather even more experience, and set high expectations for 2022.

This weekend, our team decided to ditch the cozy blankets, hot drinks, precious sleep, and focused on health. The Chișinău International Marathon was a great occasion to beat personal records, compete with other teammates, or even just have a breath of fresh air in the heart of Chișinău.
