Most of the students have "examophobia". It is a kind of mental disorder. They feel so nervous when a test or an exam is drawing near.Most parents and teachers don't recognize it. We train them all to remove this mental disorder.

ကလေးတော်တော်များများမှာ စာမေးပွဲကြောက်စိတ် "examophobia" ဆိုတာရှိတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ မိဘတော်တော်များများ၊ဆရာ/မတော်တော်များများ သတိမထားမိတတ်ကြပဲ အတင်းတွန်းအားပေးတဲ့အခါမျိုးမှာ အဲ့ဒီကြောက်စိတ်ဟာ ပိုတိုးလာတတ်ပါတယ်။ အလေ့အကျင့်များမှသာ အဲ့ဒီစိတ်ကို ဖျောက်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ ခုလို test တွေ မကြာမကြာ စစ်ပြီး အလေ့အကျင့်ဖြစ်အောင် လုပ်ပေးဖြစ်တယ်။

7. It's five O-six. အစရှိသဖြင့်ပြောလေ့ရှိကြပါတယ်။
အချိန်ကို ပြောတဲ့အခါ မှာ အတော်များများကတော့ ပုံစံနှစ်မျိုးကို အသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။

1.Say the hour first and then the minutes.
ပထမတစ်ခုက နာရီကို အရင်ပြောပြီး မိနစ်ကို နောက်က ပြောတဲ့ပုံစံပါ။
It's nine thirty.
ကိုးနာရီခွဲပြီ။
It's five twenty-five.
ငါးနာရီနဲ့နှစ်ဆယ့်ငါးမိနစ်ရှိပါပြီ။

2.Say the minutes first and then the hour.
ဒုတိယကတော့ မိနစ်ကို အရင်ပြောပြီး နာရီကိုနောက်ကပြောတဲ့ ပုံစံပါ။
It's nine past nine.
ကိုးနာရီထိုးပြီး ကိုးမိနစ်ရှိပါပြီ။
It's nine to nine.
ကိုးနာရီထိုးဖို့ ကိုးမိနစ်လိုသေးတယ်။

minutes+past (ထိုးပြီး)
to + minutes (ထိုးဖို့) ဒီလိုမှတ်ထားရင်လဲရပါတယ်။before နဲ့ after ကိုလဲ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။

အကယ်၍ ဘာမိနစ်မှ အပို အလို မရှိတဲ့ အခါ မျိုးမှာတော့o'clock ကို အသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။
o'clock မှာပါတဲ့ o' လေးရဲ့ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကတော့ of the Clock ပါ။
အချိန်တွေကြာလာတဲ့ အခါ of the Clock ကနေ o'clock ဆိုပြီးဖြစ်လာတာပါ။
quarter ဆိုတာကတော့ လေးပုံတစ်ပုံမို့ မိနစ်၆၀ရဲ့ လေးပုံတစ်ပုံဖြစ်တဲ့ ၁၅ ကိုဆိုလိုပါတယ်။

အောက်က စကားပြောလေးတွေနဲ့ ကျင့်ကြည့်ရအောင်....
