🌾Pacific-AA Group ၏ ရန်ကုန်၊ မန္တလေး၊ နေပြည်တော်၊ တောင်ကြီး၊ လားရှိုး၊ မြစ်ကြီးနား၊ မုံရွာ၊ မကွေး၊ မော်လမြိုင်၊ ပုသိမ်၊ မြိတ်ရုံးများရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံး၏ သက်သာချောင်ချိရေး အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး Pacific-AA Group ၏ Management မှ ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ( 9 ) ရက်နေ့တွင် ဝန်ထမ်းအသီးသီးအား ဧရာဝတီရွှေဘိုပေါ်ဆန်း ဆန်တစ်တင်းခွဲ (၂၄ပြည်) တစ်အိတ်စီ၊ ဆီ (၅) ပိဿာစီ နှင့်အားဆေး (၁)ဘူးစီ အား မေတ္တာဖြင့် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဝန်ထမ်းအားလုံးအားအတွက် Pacific-AA Group မှ မေတ္တာဖြင့် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည့် ဆန်၊ဆီ၊ ဆေး စုစုပေါင်း တန်ဖိုးမှာ ကျပ် သိန်းပေါင်း ၁၃၇၈ သိန်း ကျော်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

🌾ထို့အပြင် အထက်ပါ အခြေခံရိက္ခာနှင့်ဆေးဝါးများထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းအပြင် Living Allowance (ရှားပါးစရိတ်ကို) ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၀၂၂မှစတင်၍ ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးချင်းရရှိသည့် လစာ၏ ၃% မှ ၁၀% နှုန်းဖြင့် လစဉ် တစ်လလျှင် ကျပ်သိန်း၂၆၀ ကျော်ဖြင့် တစ်နှစ်လျှင် ကျပ်သိန်းပေါင်း ၃၁၂၀သိန်းကျော်ကို ၎င်းတို့လစဉ်ရရှိသော လစာ၊ ကော်မရှင်၊ target incentive, ၃လပတ်ဆုကြေး၊ နှစ်ကုန်ဆုကြေးများအပြင် ထပ်ဆောင်း၍မေတ္တာဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်း (၁၂၀၀) အား ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
