Porchetta is a savory , moist boneless pork roast of Italian culinary tradition. The meat is deboned and roasted traditionally over wood for at least eight hours, fat and skin still on. Our Porchetta is stuffed with wild fennel , rosemary, garlic and other herbs. Salted to perfection to give it that unique taste.
