The candidate should have a minimum of Diploma in Draughting, Engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience in Mechanical, HVAC, & Electrical Building Services is required.
Main duties will be the preparation of Mechanical and Electrical drawings, preparation of Bills of Quantities, and design of MEP services (HVAC ductwork, pipework, plumbing, drains etc).

Our team worked alongside the brilliant architects and RPW Design Ltd, one of the world's leading interior design practices.

The extensive transformation saw the hotel increase its rooms to 327, offering guests a wider choice of premium category rooms and executive suites. MEP services included electrical power and lighting, HVAC, mechanical systems, fire fighting, extra low voltage systems and vertical transportation.

Patrick has over 30 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering, both in Engineering Contracting and . He has a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Building Services Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin and is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) registered with Engineering Council and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (M.C.I.B.S.E).

The new SR Technics facility, over 40,000m2 includes offices, workshop space, heavy maintenance, C-checks & cabin modifications for up to six narrow-body aircraft at a time.
