The idea to go online has been mentioned to me a few times in the past .... but it always created a few challenges in my head and I always had mixed feelings about it.... I feel that part of the magic in a yoga session is the connection between the guider and the student ๐... a session is truly a journey in itself

Due to the national outbreak regarding COVID-19 coronavirus I want to inform you that as of this evening we are going to temporarily suspend classes. Since cases have doubled in less than 24 hours we believe it is our responsibility to take a step back and help control the situation. We cannot ignore statistics and risk going on with business as usual.

Will keep you updated when classes will be back... the plan is to play it by ear :) Meanwhile we will stay in touch and share a few thoughts and flows through this page

โญ๏ธ Restorative Yoga ๐งโโ๏ธ: Here is where we unwind, let go and release tension from our mind, body and soul. Restorative Yoga is directly aimed to helps us enter a state of deep relaxation and release tension located in different parts of the body.

This class is designed to create a sense of well being. It creates time to relax the entire body, take a break from daily efforts and surrender into the body's own nurturing embrace ๐ค.

Level: People of all levels and ability are welcome to join.
(highly RECOMMENDED for those suffering from , or sleepless nights. It is an excellent complement to more active practices, great for athletes, and a beautiful antidote to )

Postures are held for multiple breaths giving enough time to understand the posture or deepen the pose. Hatha yoga aims to help you concentrate , calm the mind and open your nadis. These are your energy channels that bring healing energy into your body. It is a great practice for beginners as time is given to understand alignment

YOGA....thinking of the self ...
~
YOGA .... It does not teach you to think only of the self, but it does strengthen awareness... It is always sad to feel, see and go through extremes. Sometimes I feel that people around are immersed in social targets and goals to the extent where it sucks out the beauty and warmth we all have inside. I feel that these targets make individuals feel complete or empowered. The sad part is that it can also blind us from seeing the reality around the four corners of our body, and all that is happening around us.

Don't get me wrong I believe targets are important to motivate us and strengthen our skills but I do question its importance when in return happiness from simplicity is lost
~
Let us not forget that beauty can also be in the simple things in life
