AC Tech/Assistants will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining, ventilation and air conditioning.
Electricians
The Electricians/ Assistants will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and power systems.
Plumbers
The Plumbers will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal.

Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
Job Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to provide project management services throughout the project lifecycle, helping to estimate, design, build, and operate technically superior facilities. This involves working directly with clients and consultants to provide technical expertise and guidance on systems, equipment selection, cost benefit analysis, and project scheduling. You will be responsible for leading HVAC designs on projects, preparing tenders, and providing a very high level of technical leadership.
Job Functions
• Representing the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members
• Performing calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout, site survey and general administration
• Producing drawings consistent with client requirements and standards
• Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects
• Assuming responsible charge for the overall economic wellbeing of assigned projects
Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in building services
• Commercial and Industrial HVAC Design experience
• Proficiency with the latest version of AutoCAD
