DRAUGHTSMAN & INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

- Working with a design team and individually on ID projects.
- Meeting with top management/design team to review weekly project information deliveries.
- Reviewing and amending drawings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry.
- CAD Certification.
- 2-3 years experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk (AutoCAD/Revit) software.
- Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on projects.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk (AutoCAD/Revit) software.

- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Work under pressure.

The Interiors Unlimited team will be off this week for Xmas & New year until the 11th of January. Hats off to #2020 for all completed and ongoing projects that are shaping our country. We're exicted to see what #2021 has for us.

Rhythm and repetition is the idea of creating movement and harmony throughout the space with recurring patterns, colors, textures or other elements. In this lounge we used this principle in the artwork and cushions which creating a flow and leading the eye around the room seamlessly ✨

Mood boards help us designers create unified styles or themes for a project. We use both digital and physical mood boards to convey our ideas to the clients.

A combination of natural materials such as granite, wood and metal bring character to this corporate reception area.

Fun fact: Granite is one of the hardest substances in the world, it is so tough and durable that the pedestal the Statue of Liberty stands on is made of granite.
