In a recent research letter published ,investigating the presence of SARS-CoV-2 in specimens obtained from sites :

Positive rates for SARS-CoV-2 were:

93% in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,
72% in sputum, 63% in nasal swabs,
46% in fibrobronchoscope brush biopsy,
32% in pharyngeal swabs,
29% in f***s !!!!!
1% in blood
0% in urine.

F***s also detected the live virus, suggesting that SARS-CoV-2 may be transmitted via the f***l route. ( HYGIENE +++)

If we adopt a 7 days of absolute strict confinement worldwild one can presume that there shall be no viable virus on goods or sufaces ,then no absolute strict precaution should be adopted in manipulating goods in shops etc...Consequently , the universal adoption of mask would be the principal prevention measure as no one is aware if he is asymptomatic or spreader.
Furthermore, if both combination of PCR (screening for active presence of virus to pinpoint suspicious spreader ) and serology (screening of acute v/s past viral contact and convalescent cases ) followed by universal mask wearing ( preventing spreading) then local confinement could be loosen.

MAURITIUS IS DOING QUITE WELL DUE TO INSTANT CONFINEMENT MEASURE ON DAY OF DECLARATION.
