A glimpse of our quick kettlebell routine 🏋️♀️
This simple but highly effective kettle bell routine is perfect for rotational strength, stability and mobility.
Rotational reach for core strength focusing on reciprocating and anterior compression. This helps to strengthen the entire trunk and disassociate the hip from spine.
2-3 set of 5 reps each side for kettle bell clean jerk.

TIPS TO BECOME A BETTER CROSSFITTER
WORK ON YOUR BARBELL TECHNIQUE
There is never a point at which you stop learning, with any lift or movement. If you feel you have reached a point where you cannot do more, or are unsure about progress, then go back to the beginning and start again. Be strict on yourself, and always strive to be technically better.
PUSH YOURSELF OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
Get mentally tough through workouts that will really push you out of your comfort zone! Have you ever cancelled off a class because you think it looks 'too difficult' or it will be 'really tough'? Don't cancel these classes, these are the ones you want to turn up to, they will make you stronger both mentally & physically.
WORK ON STRICT MOVEMENTS
Just because most Work Our Days are generally designed to be completed in as quick a time as possible, or to fit in as many reps as you can, doesn't mean you should only do kipping movements and neglect strict exercises in your other workouts and training. Strict exercises build strength, control and power. You cannot fake strict movements, and done properly, they are tough. This is a good thing though because the right kind of stress and resistance obviously makes you fitter and stronger.
