We have been trying this technique for some time now and this is certainly the best we have done so far.

We rarely do wedding cakes as we are unable to make time for it. But whenever we do it's always all nerves before it makes it to the venue. When it comes to the safe transportation of delicate and bulky items the streets of Malé aren't particularly kind 😏

This turned out pretty neat 😌👩🏽‍🎨

It was a bit of a task to do it with white chocolate mousse frosting, but we managed to pull it off. It was worth the effort. Turned out to be a beaut!
