Our work utilizes a wide range of methods and strategies including:

Counseling - which focuses on people's strengths and resources to deal with issues

CBT - which focuses on the clients thinking patterns

Relaxation/Hypnotherapy - which helps the clients to remain calm at times of distress

Family/Marital Therapy – which helps people to learn to solve family and marital problems

Remedial Work for Learning Difficulty – which guides and helps children with learning difficulties to cope and manage their learning disability. Career guidance – which assists individuals to make educational, training and occupational choices to manage their careers. Cognitive Retraining – which focuses on restoring people’s cognitive ability and learning to manage their disability by strategizing. Parenting – guiding parents to deal and manage their children

Behavioural Experiments – challenges people’s unhealthy behaviour patterns by helping them learn and practice alternative behvaiours


We also provide a number of training workshops. These workshops will run during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and covers topics ranging from managing anger, coping with depression, managing anxiety, parenting adolescents to understanding gang violence. Our institution is dedicated to carrying out psychological related research with the aim of better understanding of existing problems, further improving our psychological assessments and ensuring the utilization of the most up to date, relevant and appropriate methods of treatment for each and every client.
