Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Blantyre for a Concrete Block Production Supervisor. The Concrete Block Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of concrete blocks, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing a team of production workers. The supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a supervisory role in concrete block production or a related field

-Strong knowledge of concrete block production processes and quality standards

-Excellent leadership and management skills

-Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

-Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

-Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the concrete industry

-Any relevant diploma or post secondary school training that is in the following areas; concrete technology, construction and production management
