🍳👩🍳WHAT’S COOKING WEDNESDAY👨🍳🥘
ONE POT CREAMY BEEF PASTA

INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 500g Ori beef mince
* 2 tsp Italian herbs
* 2 tbsp tomato paste
* 400g can crushed tomatoes
* 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
* 1 1/2 tsp cooking salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 litre chicken stock
* 350g fusilli, penne, elbow macaroni or other short pasta
* 180 ml heavy cream
TO SERVE:
* Parmesan cheese, finely grated
* Parsley, finely chopped, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat the oil on high heat in a large heavy-based pot. Cook garlic and onion for 1 1/2 minutes.
* Add Ori beef mince and cook, breaking it up as you go, until you can no longer see red meat. Add the Italian herbs and cook for 30 seconds, then add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to cook out the raw flavour.
* Add crushed tomato, chicken stock, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir, then add the pasta.
* Bring the liquid to a simmer, then cook for 15 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes then more frequently towards the end (ensure pasta doesn’t stick to base) until the pasta is just about cooked.
* Add cream, then simmer for a further 1 to 2 minutes. It will still be quite saucy – this is what you want! Pasta absorbs liquid quickly, so it will still be nice and oozy when you start eating.
* Remove from the stove. Give it a good stir then ladle into bowls. Serve with parmesan and parsley.
Prepping for Sunday lunch. Oxtail stew. It’s a process.

SMOTHERED PORK SHOULDER CHOPS

Ingredients
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 4 pork shoulder chops
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 onion peeled and thinly sliced
* 6 button mushrooms sliced
* 3 cloves garlic minced
* 2 tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour
* 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) chicken stock
* ½ tbsp tomato puree paste
* ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
* 60 ml (1/4 cup) double (heavy) cream
To Serve:
* 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
* Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
* Sprinkle both sides of the pork shoulder chops with 1/4 tsp of the salt and 1/4 tsp of the pepper.
* Place in the pan and fry for 6-7 minutes, turning once, until browned. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
* Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the pan.
* Add in the sliced onion, sliced mushrooms and the remaining 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper.
* Fry for 5 minutes, stirring often, until the onions have softened.
* Add the garlic. Fry for a further minute, whilst stirring.
* Sprinkle the flour over the onions and mushrooms and stir together to coat.
* Pour in the stock whilst stirring.
* Add in the tomato puree, white wine vinegar, and cream and stir again.
* Add the pork shoulder chops back to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce and heat the pork through.
* Serve topped with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.

3. Repairing or replacing defective electrical components, such as motors, switches, and sensors.
4. Collaborating with the maintenance team to perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
5. Installing new electrical systems and equipment when required for production expansion.

Requirements: We are looking for an honest, skilled Electrician who is passionate about their craft and possesses a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 500g Ori Beef Strips
* 1 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets
* 1 red/green pepper, cut into matchsticks
* 2 carrots, thinly sliced
* 1 green onion, chopped
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted.
Instructions
* Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.�
* Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes.�
* Stir beef into vegetables and season with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 2 more minutes.
* Serve hot and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
* 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
* 500g Ori boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
* 1/2 medium yellow onion or red onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons onion powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 medium red pepper (cored and chopped)
* 1 medium green pepper (cored and chopped)
* 1 tin black beans (rinsed and drained)
* 1 tin chopped tomatoes
* 1 1/2 cups rice
* 1 cup chicken stock
* 3/4 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
* Optional for serving: chopped fresh coriander, diced avocado, plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream).
INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the Ori chicken, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Sauté, stirring often, for 3 minutes, until the chicken begins to brown on the outside.�
* Stir in the red pepper, green pepper, black beans, tomatoes, rice, and chicken stock. �
* Bring to a boil, and then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the rice is nearly tender. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed. �
* Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Sprinkle with cheese and any additional desired toppings. Serve warm.
