Big changes! We really didn't set out to have a retail location ... It just unfolded that way! Now, for the upcoming season, our resources will be focused on GROWTH!🕺 It's an EXCITING time for SubGrub! We're moving production of our Jerky from the SubGrub Tienda in Centro Bucerias. We will no longer be selling out of the Tienda, however, you can still find us in many places from PV to Lo de Marcos! If you're a Quesos Artesanales Azael customer and ordering from them in the Low Season, you can ask to tack a few bags of Jerky onto your order!

Cerveceria Buclas has been around making stunning Artisanal Beers for over 6 years .... they're not newbies, however, they just opened a beautiful Cerveceria! Located just a few blocks from Pizza California on the North East side of Bucerias - we were gobsmacked with how beautiful the microbrewery is! Buclas first order of SubGrub Beef Jerky was delivered yesterday ... just in time for Super Bowl LVIIl! 🏈 We look forward to working with the lovely brothers Erik & Fernando who own & run the business and can hardly wait to try ALL the flavors of beer they’ve carefully crafted. 🍻+🥩 = 💖

We get a lot of inspiration for what we eat by talking to the thousands of people we meet every week at the markets. Many people work beef jerky into a meal, but it's also nice to have something a little different! Today we were inspired by an Oaxaca enthusiast. A freshly baked baguette, fragrant basil, farm fresh tomatoes, and of course the very best Oaxaca from Quesos Artesanales Azael It's soooo super tasty! You have to try it 🤤

Hello beautiful, flavorful Organic Carne! 😍🥩 We're so pleased to be a partner with Quesos Artesanales Azael in bringing you the most amazing Carne (*Beef, Chicken, Goat, and Pork)!! We can attest, Jose's Beef Tenderloin is TO DIE FOR, and the Pork Sausages are also our favorite! The icing is it's cheaper than most competitors who sell organic meat. His livestock is free-grazing and happy! Someone once asked us "are the chickens happy?"🐥😄 The answer is YES, and we have videos to prove it!

We are very excited to showcase the latest product at the SubGrub Store - Chimmis' Hot Sauz!

This fresh, made-from-scratch, all-natural sauce was developed from a secret Peruvian family recipe. Chimmi's grew quickly to become sought after and famous in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The founders Lisa & Oliver have since relocated to Mexico, and are starting to recreate the magic of what Chimmi's has to offer, right here in the bay!

We hope to eventually carry their entire line of products: Chimichurri-style Grilling Sauce and their delicious Spicy Mayo (to name a few). Keep checking back to see what's in store or Sailor Up and come in for a sample!
