2020 is a crazy year!

The 40th Edition of the Bisbee’s Black and Blue Finishes with No Winner.
All lines were out by 5pm yesterday and by 9pm it was official; none of the 127 participating teams had caught a qualifying 300+ pound Marlín. The record breaking $4.6M dollar jackpot could be returned to the participants, but many have asked that it be held as registration fees for the next tournament.
This year the Bisbee’s Black and Blue broke many records and adapted to the social distancing regulations with virtual captains meeting, mandatory face mask use, secure weighing station away from public viewing and no parties. Nevertheless the tournament permeated the Cabo San Lucas marina with an air of excitement and hope for a successful high season.
